Ashley was wonderful to work with! She always had our best interest in mind throughout the whole selling process. Ashley worked hard to get us the best contract. She always had very timely responses to any question or negotiation. We have worked with her on three different transactions and we will most definitely be working with her in the future. Thank you Ashley!!

Ashley is friendly, communicates well, explains the terms and conditions clearly and draws ones attention to the relevant and critical terms and conditions of an offer and counter offers, including time frame. As a foreign seller, time lines were critical as I was not in the USA for closure. She followed up all documents and every step of the sale, even when an accountant and/or Land Title representative was appointed. As a considerably younger person, without the extensive negotiating experience had by me, my refusal to counter offer on a number of occasions probably surprised her. Ashleys negotiating skills were smooth, but I suspect are now tougher and 5 star as a result of this particular transaction..

You want a Realtor that is truly there for you every step of the way? You want a Realtor who stays connected, goes above and beyond? One who knows the market in the surrounding towns? Make sure you get Ashley Walcher. We were long distance senior buyers, on a budget and on a short time frame. When I flew in twice I had all the help I could ask for and more. We, as buyers, having never lived in CO or any mountain area had a lot of questions. What about building? Where were there affordable lots? Where can we get more for our money? How many miles from our daughter? then looking at available resale homes....Ashley had so much patience and always had a smile and positive attitude and showed up on time. Hire Ashley for your Realtor and enjoy the home buying experience. She negotiates very well also. :)

Ashley was everything we could have hoped for in an agent while we bought our first home. She answered all of our many, MANY questions, and she was always there to answer my calls and calm my nerves. She showed us everything in Steamboat and the surrounding areas in our price range, lower, and higher just to make sure that we were satisfied with what we were getting. She was honest and gave great advice every time we asked. I would highly recommend Ashley to everyone, and as long as I am in Steamboat, I wont ever use anyone else! Thank you, Ashley!!
