ZillowVERIFIEDAn insightful, trustworthy and caring Realtor! Ashley helped me sell my recently deceased mothers house in East Lansing and I cannot speak highly enough of her! From the very first interaction she was very helpful and informative without being pushy. She came prepared with information regarding the neighborhood, city and what the general market was at that time. She was able to tell me where to invest money in the house to enhance the sale as well as where not to. Ashley did all of this while being very considerate of what it meant to me to sell my mother?s house. She was always available to answer all my questions and concerns. Responded quickly to emails, phone calls and texts. Never made me feel like I was bothering her or that my questions were trivial. Ashley was there for me every step of the process. Her knowledge of the market, honesty and good energy made the whole process feel easy. I would highly recommend Ashley Smith to anyone selling or buying a home and will most definitely be contacting her when it is time to sell my house!
ZillowVERIFIEDAshley is a knowledgeable and caring realtor. As a first time home owner, I was worried and lost about the home buying process, but Ashley made the process feel so smooth and helped me and my partner understand the process. She is very responsive; great communication. She?s a Lansing local, so she really knows all about Lansing and it?s surrounding areas, which helped my partner and I find a great neighborhood for our needs. Highly recommend working with Ashley.
