Our experience with this realtor was extremely stressful, disappointing, and costly. From the beginning, we were rushed into closing within just two hours, leaving us feeling pressured and unable to properly review everything. She completed the final walkthrough herself without offering us the opportunity to attend, which should have been a major red flag. As a result, serious issues were missed. Within days, our water heater stopped working, and she refused to help resolve it. We were told the plumbing had been completely redone, which turned out to be false. The pipes were so corroded they had 4aEUR"6 inch holes, causing sewage to back up into our basement shower by day three. We were also given only 24 hours to completely move out, with no option for an extension. We were told she would assist us during this process, but she never showed up or followed through. What makes this worse is that she was aware of many of these issues beforehand. We had repairs agreed to in writing, yet nothing was done to ensure they were completed. She did nothing to advocate for us or hold the seller accountable. When we tried to address these problems with her and her broker, we received no meaningful help or resolution. This felt like someone who smiles in your face, takes your money, and then expects you to be grateful, while leaving you to deal with serious problems on your own. Buying a home should be an exciting experience. Instead, this became overwhelming, expensive, and emotionally draining. I strongly recommend that anyone considering working with her proceed with extreme caution.
