ZillowVERIFIEDI had an amazing experience working with Ashley Schaus at Keller Williams Realty (Pinehurst). Thanks to her go-getter attitude and professional expertise, my condo was under contract in just one day! Ashley is proactive, detail-oriented, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She kept me informed every step of the way and worked hard to make sure everything stayed on track. Ive worked with agents before, but Ashley truly stands out as one of the best listing agents Ive ever met. If you want results and someone who genuinely cares about your sale, I highly recommend Ashley Schaus!

ZillowVERIFIED This was my third time using Ashley Schaus as a realtor and I would use her services 10 times more! We had to go through quite the ordeal with buyers lender and she did an amazing job of communication with them and getting documents to them in a timely manner. Ashley is patient and professional. She understands the military lifestyle and the demands that go along with it. I had to close after I had already PCSed (moved) to Texas. Ashley took care of everything! She kept me informed and she took all the stress out of my move. Her knowledge of real estate is beyond anyone else I have worked with! If I am ever back in NC, she will be the first person I call! , I cannot imagine using anyone but her to assist me!

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley helped my wife and I buy our house in early 2022 during the insane housing market. She was quick to communicate with us, super friendly and extremely knowledgeable of Fayetteville and the surrounding areas. She made herself available to us at pretty much all hours. Coming from out of state, we had no idea what the market was like and she was always honest and upfront with us. We are so glad that we had Ashley as our realtor and we are confident that we would not have gotten our dream home without her. 10/10 would recommend her!!!

ZillowVERIFIED EXCELLENT service from start to finish. Ashley is a true professional and provides a high degree of competence in a field that has plenty of people lacking competence. She was always on the ball, and communicated often, and provided us good advise. From start to finish we were informed and felt confident in her as our agent for selling our home. We definitely recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley was very honest and very professional. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner no matter the time of day. She was very open she let us know when she was going to be unavailable (yet she still managed to be there when she could. If we decide to rent or sell our house she will be the first person we go to. I recommended her 100/100. She is what you would want in a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley is incredibly knowledgeable in what she does. I went into this process pretty stressed - she listened to my concerns and gave me her suggestions and then we came up with a game plan which sold my house a day later and well over asking price. I would absolutely use Ashley again!

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley was amazing. I am a first time home buyer and she made this experience for me very easy. Every question that I had she answered, she gave me recommendations, and also gave me information on things I had no idea about. She looked out for my well being by letting me know about areas that had issues as far as contaminated water. If she wasn't available she let me know well in advance and made sure there was someone to cover down in her spot if I had any questions. She was amazing from beginning until the end. She will be an awesome realtor to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Let me tell y all about THE G.O.A.T. Ashley was my personal angel through my entire process of selling my home. I ve tried for three years using multiple realtors to sell it and never received more than a few showings. Fast forward to January 2021 and I was facing foreclosure when I found Ashley online. I told her my situation and she got to work!!! She has a network of professionals at her fingertips to help with the process; she found me an affordable contractor in the area to make any repairs the home needed before we listed it. It took Ashley less than a month to do what at least four other realtors tried to do in the previous years. The icing on the cake is she got me ABOVE asking price!!! From foreclosure to paid in full! I m forever grateful!

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley was amazing! No matter when I had a question she always made it a priority to get me an answer as soon as possible. She works extremely hard for her clients and it really showed. She set up a website portal for me where homes meeting my criteria would show up as soon as they hit the market, making it possible for me to beat another offer on the home I ended up purchasing. I would highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Took her advice on during every step and just super grateful to have been matched with Ashley via Zillow. Her suggestions for lenders, inspector, and insurance were especially valuable in the whole home-buying process, which is super competitive in this current market. ZillowVERIFIED First time seller of a house. Did a quick google search and saw Ashley pop up. I thought if I dont agree with any part of the process what do I have to lose... So I went with my gut and called Ashley she came over the following weekend explained everything to me and I was very comfortable leaving Ms. Schaus in charge of all the roles that pertain to selling the house. I was expecting a couple weeks to pass before I heard anyone wanted to look at the house but Ms. Schaus had folks lined up to look at the property and a weekend later I had a bid for the house at asking price and well from there everything continued to proceed smoothly and without any issues. Very pleased and happy with Ms. Schaus and her handling of selling the house. Thank You for all your help and Yes 100% I recommend having Ashley Schaus as your realtor.
