A few of the properties I know was out of his normal range but never stopped him from meeting me at the scheduled time. Ashley has always answered any questions I had and would take the time to explain exactly what was going on in the process and would always let me know where were in the negotiation. They did a great job for me and negotiate so the seller paid all the closing cost and even negotiated a home warranty. You can't ask for a better couple to be on your side!

ZillowVERIFIED These guys are wonderful. In February we decided to relocate from Shreveport to East Texas and found the Rawls team on one of the houses that we wanted to look at. We contacted them and told them we wanted to do a sort of recon tour of the area. I gave them a list of houses. They set the appointments were on time and graciously showed us around the town. At that time we told them we were not going to purchase until summer and they were cool with that. We went back to Shreveport for a couple of months, looked at houses, they never pushy or nagging. When we had questions about houses we emailed them and they answered them. In May, we found a house and placed a contract on it. During the inspection some unsavory events occurred, and we decided to pivot. They pivoted with us almost as as if they helped us make the decision. We found another house and had a contract on it within 36 hours. They made the process painless helped to set up the inspection, termite inspection and help negotiate things that we didnt know existed in house purchasing. The Rawls team are great people and will make your house buying enjoyable. process painless and enjoyable.

ZillowVERIFIED The Rawls helped my wife and I both sell and buy a home. This was my third time buying and second time selling, so I have worked with other agents. The other agents I've used were good, but the Rawls were categorically a cut above. Two main points I would emphasize are: 1. They have a lot of experience with houses, both old and new, so were excellent with house hunting. For example, when I had questions about a septic tank that had not been serviced in a long time, they were able to share about similar situations they had already seen. When there was a house with solar panels, they had already worked with houses with them and knew what to expect. This sort of knowledge is critical, since it means you'll have experienced guidance when making one of life's largest investments. 2. They handled the sale of our property with high efficiency. They had pictures taken, set an asking price, and had the property ready to sell promptly. I really don't have a lot to say on this, since the whole process went so smoothly, but that is what makes it note-worthy. They also communicated promptly, were excellent with negotiations, and were in general pleasant to work with. I have a lot more I could add, too. Really, by the time we got to closing I felt almost guilty for how much work they had to put in. They were definitely worth every penny.
