I am taking the time tonight to share my AMAZING experience with Ashley Palmer, and Town Realty in Charlottesville, VA. I made the decision In December 2024 to sell my mother's home. I no longer live in Charlottesville, and I was initially worried about how I would successfully accomplish this task until I met Gary, Ashley, and their phenomenal professional team. From the moment that I met Gary on the phone on a Sunday - I knew I had found the right company. They both are extremely knowledgeable about this business of real estate. They were kind and caring. Ashley and her team not only walked me through every step, but she led the way with confidence and skill. I listened and heeded their advice. As a result, I received 2 excellent offers within 2-3 days on the market and successfully closed in 2 weeks. I HIGHLY recommend Ashley Palmer and her entire team. They made a difficult task much easier because of the amount of work they did to ensure that I had a successful outcome. Town Realty is clearly worth more that the 3% that they were paid. I want to give a special shoutout to Kristi for all of her hard work, dedication, and organizational skills. She definitely was one of the major glues that kept it all together for me.
