Our niece recommended Ashley to us and wow, what a great recommendation to get. Ashley accommodated us and made time to show us several houses, she pointed out things that were wrong and items that needed fixing. She also was very helpful in getting the sellers to fix things that needed to be corrected. By far, the absolute best real estate agent we have ever worked with. You wont be disappointed with this team. 10 stars all the way around.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley was incredible! I knew i wanted to work with her before we were ready to start our home buying process just from all the other great reviews. I kept telling her we just werent ready. And then... one day... she posted a sneak peek of a garage. I almost scrolled past, but something told me to show my husband. So i did. Expecting him to not care much, he said, "ohhh thats nice... but whats the rest of the house like?" I messaged Ashley and she was on it!! She sent us more photos and videos and we knew it was the house for us. She was able to get us an early showing and answered all of our questions almost immediately. Unfortunately, this was a VERY popular house. FORTUNATELY, we had Ashley. She advised us on multiple ways to negotiate and techniques on selling ourselves with our offer. AND WE GOT IT!! From not quite being ready to being under contract in less than a week was crazy work, but Ashley got us through it with absolutely ZERO issues. Literally none. That was probably the easiest legal process i have ever experienced. If and when we sell or buy again I will 100% be having Ashley as our agent again. She gives the BEST advice, is military friendly with her rates ??, and has some pretty great contacts for lenders and inspectors. If you want experience go to Ashley!

We were first time home buyers and coming from across the world and were admittedly nervous and stressed, but Ashley took care of us! She listened to all our requirements, immediately acted on listings we were interested in and got showings scheduled for the soonest day possible. She did in-depth breakdowns of the properties in both written and video form really allowing us the opportunity to get to know the houses as if we were there! Originally we didnt want to go under contract until we saw a house in person but Ashley proved to go over and beyond our expectations during the viewings. We trusted her judgement and chose to go under contract before moving meaning we got to close on our dream house just 3 days after we arrived!
