It was my client's first house buying process. She was nervous and excited, but listened and took in the advice that I laid out for her. In the end, through all the homes we looked at, there was the perfect house and we negotiated the price, inspections, credits, etc for her to be most comfortable in her decision in the end. It was a proud day for the two of us.
Flipping houses has been a desire of mine for a long while, and after my first successful flip that sold on the market within 24 hours, I gained an interest in the process. After obtaining my license I grew a passion for the hard work behind the scenes, and have gained more knowledge everyday since.
