Errors on paperwork, poor communication, and a lack of professionalism made the entire process harder than it needed to be. She repeatedly pushed expensive services from her personal contacts, offered discouraging commentary rather than solutions, and seemed irritated when basic agent responsibilities required her attention. She made large errors (mailing checks to the wrong address despite providing our address accurately). I cannot recommend her based on my experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Ive bought and sold 4 properties, worst experience ever working with an agent. Her agents left doors unlocked and lights on, on multiple occasions. Ashley Lay Real Estate agents sold my house without a signed contract extension. They asked for us to sign contract extension after we signed the closing paperwork. I had to perform agents job by obtaining sellers documentation, and if I hadnt it would not have gotten done by closing. When I obtained the sellers documents on my own, her agents called my attorney and told they their services were not needed, Buyers agent was handling, which was not the case. Had to clear that mishap up on my own. Still do not have copies of paperwork I signed by electronic signature, her agents promised for weeks. House was vandalized during one showing, have not gotten compensated for that either as promised by her agents, it took me 8 hours to fix the vandalism.
