She was always available or would call back as soon as she was able. She has the right attitude for this profession. I found her to be efficient and effective. Always available for questions.

Although my home sold quickly, working with Ashley Lay was consistently frustrating. Errors on paperwork, poor communication, and a lack of professionalism made the entire process harder than it needed to be. She repeatedly pushed expensive services from her personal contacts, offered discouraging commentary rather than solutions, and seemed irritated when basic agent responsibilities required her attention. She made large errors (mailing checks to the wrong address despite providing our address accurately). I cannot recommend her based on my experience.

Ashley was very outstanding...i only had a small lot and she treated me as if I had a mansion...She kept me informed every step of the way...It's still unbelievable to me that I had offers within a few short weeks and my property was sold so quickly...Thanks to Ashley, I never felt stressed with all the steps it took from beginning to closing...I highly recommend her to anyone needing to buy or sell property...
