She also hooked us up with Jacob West in Austin Texas who helped us find our new home. The two of them did their magic and a complex deal was struck. I found a house in Texas way before our house was going to close so instead of losing that house Ashley and Jacob arranged a deal where we sold in February and are leasing the house back for two months and the folks in Texas are doing the same. Ashley is great at taking on the burden of all the complexities and making the seller feel relaxed. I havent felt stressed at all. What a great agent.
