She spoke to us in a disrespectful and condescending manner from the start, even making the inappropriate comment, aEURoethank you for controlling your husband,aEUR? after he rightfully called out her behavior. She showed no empathy and created unnecessary conflict during the process. Her buyers even apologized to us after the fact, recognizing that her behavior was rude and uncalled for. Ultimately, we were able to come to a fair solution, but that was thanks to her buyer, who was reasonable and understanding that this was our first time selling a house, not due to her efforts. This experience has made our first-time selling experience extremely stressful and frustrating. What was supposed to be a joyous occasion resulted in tears, stress, and confrontation caused by Ashley Hedden. Based on our experience, we would not recommend her.
