The night before our closing there was a massive storm in the area. Ashley had a roofer at the home first thing the next morning to ensure there was no damage and that we could close as scheduled. ZillowVERIFIED I have nothing but positive things to say about Ashley; she is probably the best realtor we've ever had in our 10+ years of buying and selling homes. She started out by immediately expressing her professionalism and expertise when discussing selling our homes with us. She was realistic, aggressive (in a good way), and optimistic, but she based all of this on her knowledge, expertise, and research. She always stuck to her word, and she sold BOTH of our homes the first weekend on the market with multiple offers and well above asking price. She should also be celebrated for her extreme patience and support, even when we had our own personal worries and stressful moments. She encouraged us, realistically, and always took our phone calls, even while at her kids' soccer games and--if you can believe it--the ER! I would also note that we've always questioned the commission that realtors make, feeling as if we were doing all of the work and realtors were making all of the money (lots more than they earned). I am happy to say that I never thought about the commission once the entire time we worked with Ashley--meaning, she earned it and then some. I would lastly thank her for her personal touches on things, between being a good listener, delivering warm cookies before she even had our business, and leaving us with a personal parting gift. I also want to acknowledge her positive team and associate Hannah--without whom wouldn't have been the full positive experience. I would recommend Ashley above and beyond anyone else in the area, and I wish I could've worked with her again (too bad she doesn't work in VA or NC!)
