2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Selling a home is both exciting and emotional, and the right preparation pays off. Start with a detailed market analysis to price strategically—neither too high nor too low. Make simple updates like fresh paint, decluttering, and professional cleaning so your home shines in photos and showings like a bride on her wedding day. Invest in standout marketing: professional photography, video tours, and strong online exposure help your property rise above the competition. Be ready to accommodate showings and respond quickly to offers to keep momentum strong. 3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I’ve helped everyone from first-time buyers and move-up families to luxury sellers, investors, and veterans. Whether it’s a starter home or a multi-million-dollar estate, I tailor the process so each client feels supported and confident.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A favorite recent transaction involved a dear friend from my CrossFit gym. The last time she sold a home she used a discount broker, but this time—nine months pregnant—she chose to work with me. At practically the eleventh hour she decided it was time to list, so we moved quickly with professional marketing and smart pricing. We received a full-price offer the very first weekend, even in a challenging market. Just days later she went into labor, and we closed when her baby was only three weeks old. Celebrating that sale while getting newborn snuggles made it one of the sweetest closings of my career.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
Before real estate, I built a strong foundation in service and business. I started as a customer service representative—and later a service manager—at an automotive dealership, where I embraced the principles from Carl Sewell’s Customers for Life. That mindset of creating lifelong relationships still guides every client interaction today. I then moved into the dealership’s accounting department, sharpening my business and financial skills, and later supported my family’s architectural firm, learning architectural programming and space planning. Each of these experiences shaped how I negotiate, market, and problem-solve, and they ultimately prepared me to become the top-producing real estate agent I am today.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Honors College at Texas Tech University with a degree in Marketing and Management and a minor in Psychology, plus continuing education in Accounting at the University of North Texas. In real estate, I hold a Broker’s License, which represents the highest level of licensure in Texas, though I currently practice under the umbrella of another broker. This combination of advanced education, business training, and top-tier licensure equips me to guide clients with sharp market insight, strong negotiation skills, and a well-rounded understanding of both people and numbers.
