1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
When you are ready to start the process of purchasing a home some of the most important steps are to connect with a trusted realtor, as well as get qualified with a lender. Being prequalified helps your Realtor find homes in your budget, and also shows sellers that you are serious about buying. A good Realtor can help you get in touch with a quality local lender.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Trust your chosen Realtor to guide you and assist you in the process, but do not be afraid to speak up if you have any questions or concerns along the way! I am here to help you have the smoothest possible transaction with the highest net possible, and the easiest way we can achieve that is by working together to ensure your needs are being met and questions addressed. I never want a client to walk away after a transaction flustered by what happened in it.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
From small condo purchases, to high rises, to million dollar homes I have helped to locate and sell family homes, investment properties, as well as vacation homes throughout the valley.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I was recently presented with the opportunity to assist a woman and her children in escaping an abusive home, and finding a comfortable and safe place for them to live. Their situation touched my heart and I was so grateful to be able to help with such an urgent and important matter.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I have always had a love for real estate! As a young child I would watch home remodeling or house hunting shows in my free time, and once I was old enough to drive I was touring model homes on weekends. In my working life I was always in fields of mediation, negotiation, and problem solving to help others in the community. Once I was able to turn this passion for homes and helping into a career I jumped on the opportunity!
