Ashley was highly recommended to me by my daughter and her husband based on their experience with her as their realtor when they recently purchased a house. From the first call and meeting, she immediately impressed me with her organization and passion for helping individuals find the right fit in a house/property. She was very unfailingly generous with her time and talents (which are many). The team she recommended (mortgage lender, insurance agent, and house inspector) was equally professional and timely with all communication. After the sale, she continues to be a support and resource. Ashley has my highest recommendation, without a single reservation.

Ashley had her work cut out for her with my wife and I. We have been living out here for 4 years in an apartment after coming to the Black Hills. We looked at nearly 10 homes in one night on our opening round of homes to see. We slowed that pace a bit due to trying to remember what home had what features. It took us about 2 weeks to find a home that we actually put an offer on, we did not succeed on that first time and continued the hunt for a couple more weeks with Ashely keeping our hopes up. The 2nd home we put an offer in was actually accepted, but as we went through the process of inspections found it wasn't the fit we actually needed and had to stop the process. Ashley helped us get through that process with no trouble. Ashley was undeterred and helped us continue the hunt, it took a few more weeks before we found another opportunity to put in an offer and we were accepted on the home, inspections went well, the owner took care of what we needed done. That was when things went sideways for my wife and I. I managed to tear my Achilles Tendon while getting ready to move. Ashely really stepped up at that point and was helpful in making sure to go to the final walkthrough in my place and was even able to secure the home inspector to come and look at the items we had wanted fixed in my place. We really enjoyed working with Ashley and we are glad she was able to put up with us through the really long process we ended up having and helping after I was injured. I would strongly recommend Ashely Handcock to anyone looking for a home, she knows her stuff and has the patience of a saint.

Ashley was wonderful to with on our first home. She found us a ton of great houses to look at in our price range. Plus was very patient and flexible with our schedules. She answered a ton of questions for us and helped the process go quickly & smoothly. Would recommend Ashley to anyone who asked!

We heard amazing things from friends about Ashley and the work she has done for them, so when we decided to look into listing our house for sale we knew we would go with her. It was the best decision we could have made. We went into the selling process not really knowing what to expect and with a lot of anxiety about the work needed to make it happen. Well a couple weeks after her initial meet with us, our house was up for sale and less than 24 hours after that, we had a buyer! Ashley made the process so easy for us from start to finish. We didn't have to do much of anything, she literally did it all, from her driving to our house for things we missed on paperwork to her setting up local handymen to fix things on our house. She truly is a blessing and I recommend anyone looking to buy or sell go with this sweet lady! When we are ready to buy again in a couple years, Ashley will be our choice! Thank you Ashley!!!

Ashley went out of her way to help us both sale and buy our home. She was so patient with us through this process and never once pressured us. She was enjoyable and caring throughout our entire experience. Even after all the papers were signed, she still went out of her way to help us. It is very evident that it's important for Ashley to make her clients feel important and she very much did for us. We will honestly miss talking to her so frequently and will be forever grateful in her assistance to find our new home.
