One piece of advice I'd give any homebuyer is to focus on buying the right home for your lifestyle and long-term goals, not just the most beautiful home you see. It's easy to fall in love with updated finishes or trendy design, but it's just as important to consider the location, school district, commute, neighborhood, future resale value, and whether the home will meet your needs for the next several years.
My biggest piece of advice for sellers is to focus on preparation before putting your home on the market. First impressions matter, and taking the time to declutter, clean, make minor repairs, and improve curb appeal can make a significant difference in how buyers perceive your home.
It's also important to price your home correctly from the start. While it's tempting to list high, an overpriced home can sit on the market longer and ultimately sell for less. Trust the market data and work with a knowledgeable real estate agent who can develop a pricing and marketing strategy tailored to your neighborhood.
I primarily work with first-time homebuyers throughout Southern California. I love helping clients navigate one of the biggest milestones in their lives by making the home-buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Whether it's explaining financing options, touring homes, writing competitive offers, or guiding them through escrow, I'm there every step of the way. My goal is to educate my clients, answer all of their questions, and help them feel confident in every decision they make as they become homeowners.
One of my most recent transactions involved helping first-time homebuyers purchase their first home. From the beginning, I guided them through every step of the process, including connecting them with a lender, touring homes, submitting offers, negotiating terms, coordinating inspections, and navigating escrow. Throughout the transaction, I made sure they understood each stage of the process and felt confident in their decisions. Despite the normal challenges that can come up during a transaction, we worked through them together, and they successfully closed on their first home. Seeing the excitement on closing day and knowing I helped make homeownership a reality for them was incredibly rewarding.
I graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing and Business. After graduation, I began my career as an Account Executive at Razorfish, where I managed large client accounts, coordinated cross-functional teams, and worked on marketing campaigns for companies like Ford, T-Mobile, DIRECTV, Bank of the West, and Meta. While I enjoyed the work, I realized I wanted a career where I could build personal relationships, have more control over my success, and make a direct impact on people's lives. That led me to pursue real estate. I earned my real estate license and transitioned into the industry full-time, where I now help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate one of the biggest financial decisions they'll make. Since then, I've closed over $5 million in residential sales volume while continuing to grow my business and serve clients throughout Orange County and Los Angeles County.
