I have worked with Ashley in the past so I knew her to be personable and very attentive to details. When I was in the market again to buy/sell I knew to get back in rich with her. She did not disappoint.

Ashley was my Realtor, my partner, my space holder, & my friend through the purchase of my 1st home. The search was exhaustive with a smaller budget than I wanted & higher than ideal prices...then a FSBO house! 3 lenders later, and 3 closing dates later, I closed! Ashley was patient, honest, kind, super responsive, very hard working, an incredible negotiator, fantastic with research, follow up & getting answers! I cannot recommend her HIGHLY ENOUGH!! Thank you, Ashley!! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ashley treated us like family. She went above and beyond to assist and answer every question throughout our entire home buying and home building experience. She was always friendly, prompt in communication, and professional. Her level of expertise and experience in the real estate field is seriously impressive. I could talk all day about how blessed we were to work with her. I will never use another agent! She is simply the best!

Ashley is an amazing real estate agent. Ashley was there every step of the way through the new construction process. She is highly recommended. Ashley helped me with concerns I had and was honest about deadlines.

Keep in mind that she IS on the builder?s team, so she is more concerned that the company is happy before she is the buyer. I think this is pretty standard for any realtor, they are hired to represent their client. With that being said, Ashley is an absolute pleasure to interact with and even though she works for the builder she does try really hard for the buyer as well. She?s down to earth and communicates well with all parties.

Ashley was, hands down, the best Realtor weve used. Shes very personable, knowledgeable and patient. When we were looking for a home, inventory was really low. She knew the urgency to see a home quickly before it sold. We strongly recommend her to anyone looking to buy.
