My husband and I recently purchased a home and when I say there are truly no words to describe the service we received from Ashley. We were first time buyers and had heard of so many horror stories but Ashley made the process so amazing. Her negotiating skills are out of this world and when she says she's gonna do something, just wait for the call or text saying "it's done." She was attentive, listened to all of our needs, and ensured we understood every step in the process from start to "finish." We had some issues after closing and felt terrible for reaching out to her after her job was done but she made sure we understood she wanted us to love our home and took the extra initiative to make some extra phone calls to get it done!
