ZillowVERIFIEDIf your in need if a real estate agent, look no further! Ashley Curry is A+++++!!! Ashley worked with us to find our dream home, knew what we wanted, was highly available, and fought HARD for us at closing to make sure we got the best deal. She looked out for us too. It didnt end there, months later she still helped us when we needed guidance with a house issue. Ashley goes the extra mile!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We have now used Murdock, Manwaring, & Cardon to sell two homes and purchase two homes. We have referred them to several others over the years and have been very happy. There are a few reasons to use them on both the seller and the buyer side of your real estate needs. First, they are just easy to get along with. It is nice to have pleasant and friendly people to work with during what will inevitably be a challenging and stressful time. The kindness and friendliness of the staff made that easier to deal with. Second, they really know their stuff. By working as a team and having focus areas, they are able to spend a lot of time focusing on your specific needs. They also have great visibility into the market for both selling and buying. Third, they are super patient with however many questions you have. Even things we probably should know, they were awesome about answering. There were lots of things we asked about and they always were willing to take the time to explain and ensure we were comfortable. And fourth, they were available. Chad answered right away or returned our calls/messages promptly. It was comforting to know that whatever came up on the selling of our home he would be there to walk us through it. He is experienced and knowledgeable. He gave us sound selling advice. Ashley was always there to respond and help us. I better understand how important a sellers agent is. She had to deal with a lot of showings for us, scoured through many listings and narrowed them down for us, and worked on our schedule. I cannot speak higher for what she did to help us. Connie was amazing as well. Always keeping us on the path and making sure we did everything right. It was awesome to have her keep us straight. I highly recommend the Murdock, Manwaring, and Cardon realty team to anyone needing to buy or sell real estate.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Ashley Curry and she is a rock star realtor. We never would have gotten the duplex without her representing us. She was aggressive yet kind and extremely professional. She definitely knows her stuff and had my best interest in mind. The other members of the Murdock Manwaring team were also very helpful and great to work with. I highly recommend their services.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Ashley was my first home buying experience. My husband and I met with Ashley a few months before we were ready to actively start looking to sell our house and buy a new one. She sat down with us, and even though she is a buyers agent, went over our house and gave great advice on what we could do to prepare it to sell. Once we put it on the market, Ashley, and the entire team at Murdock & Manwaring Company, worked to get our house sold quickly and painlessly! We started looking for our forever home and we weren't finding a lot that really screamed "HOME" to us.... until one fateful afternoon when I received a phone call from Ashley saying "I found your home." Sure enough, the moment we walked in the door we knew we were home. Ashley took the time to get to know us, our wants in a home and our needs. We had a couple of hiccups in closing due to the sellers and Ashley helped us navigate through by making sure we understood our options. In the end, I'm so happy I am in my forever home. I don't plan on moving ever again, but if I do Ashley Curry will be my first phone call.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley is an amazing real estate professional. She was our buyer agent for our 1st investment property. She was always ready to help us get into the nooks and crannies of the property we were interested in, very knowledgeable about our market, and not only helped us get in to a hard to view property, but went to bat for us when it came to negotiations. She is exactly the kind of person you want on your team when making such a big decision in a hard market. Highly recommend. :)

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley was an extremely hard worker, and works with your budget to find you the best home. She has an amazingly infectious energy, and gets you excited about the entire process, and keeps you excited all the way through. She is very sincere, we felt like she wanted to help us get into a home and not just there for a paycheck. We loved having her help us get setup in our home. She has helped 3 family members into homes here in the greater Idaho Falls area, and every one of them has had the same wonderful experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley was fantastic! I was moving to IF from out of state and whenever a listing came on the market that I was interested in, she would walk through the house and take videos to send me talking through what she was showing me. She put in a lot of work and was very quick. She had great knowledge of the current market and had great strategies in making offers that give you a competitive edge, and worked hard to negotiate with my best interest in mind. I would highly recommend her to anyone coming to the Idaho Falls area!

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley Curry and her assistant, Casey, were so helpful in our home-buying process! We started out with a different realtor but soon got the feeling we weren't a high priority to them, and when we asked around, Ashley came highly recommended, and for good reason. We are first-time home buyers so there were things we didn't even know to ask about, and right from the beginning Ashley and Casey helped guide us on what we didn't know, while letting us guide them to understand what we were looking for. They explained things clearly and encouraged us to communicate with them if we had questions. They are very responsive and knowledgeable in their field. Ashley is on top of the details and works hard to further the interest of her clients. We are so glad to have had her leading our team!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Ashley to find a home in Idaho Falls. We had not bought or sold a home for over 35 year and were a little apprehensive about the process. She was well informed on the market and on the whole home buying process and was always willing to listen and to share her wealth of knowledge.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley worked really well with our schedule. I would recommend her because everything went smooth and easy. We weren't really looking to buy a house until the end of the year but we really liked a house on the market and she helped us get that house in the end of July. It was the best choice we made thank you Ashley.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley is truly a star that really listened to our needs when looking for our condo. Found exactly what we wanted and the negotiations were flawless. She stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. This is the fifth home we have purchased in the last 25 years in Idaho Falls and she was a joy to work with. Highly recommend Ashley.
