ZillowVERIFIED Doug Kline and the team at Kline Corbett were great to work with during my house buying search and purchase. Doug was available to answer all of my questions, show homes whenever I was available to visit (as I was from out of state) and he made sure all offers, interactions with sellers, etc. went smoothly. The Kline Corbett team has all the people needed to assure a smooth home purchase experience and it was a pleasure working with everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Simply the best. Seriously. Ashley's keen ability to ascertain exactly what we were looking-for made her a perfect fit for our house-hunting temperament: never pushy, while always responsive. Working with her was the most seamless, transparent, and pleasant experience I have ever had during a house-buying venture. Her knowledge, skill, and courtesy are unparalleled. I would recommend Ashley (using my own name with it) in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley and her team were excellent! The entire process to sell my home was smooth and fast with clear communication the entire time. My house was under contract at a competitive price 2 days after listing. From start to finish, I wouldnt change a thing and didnt have to stress over any detail. They also have connections to local services to make repairs and clean my house prior to listing which was greatly appreciated.

ZillowVERIFIED This team is incredible! They LITERALLY made both buying and selling my home an easy process. My home sold in four days and 10K above the buying price within the same year! The team did EVERYTHING to accommodate me, including sending a notary to my home so I didn't have to take off work! I highly recommend them. Had I not moved out of state, they would be my go-to for all things real estate.

ZillowVERIFIED We so enjoyed working with Ashley and the Kline Corbett Group. Ashley helped schedule over 50 showings for our home and kept in constant communication over the 10 months our house was on the market. She suggested a kitchen upgrade from feedback which I really think allowed the house to sell. Ashley spent countless hours in marketing, communicating with us and making the sale happen. Thanks so very much!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Short version: if you can get Ashley to be your realtor, do so. Long version: Ashely helped us get our first home and had the patience of a saint while doing so. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, particularly for our first time buying a house we went into this with no idea what to expect and she guided us through with no surprises along the way and kept us well informed along the way. Also just a very friendly and pleasant person to work with in general.

I will hands down refer her and her team to anyone looking to purchase a home in the area. Thanks so much again for all of your help!!

ZillowVERIFIED We are looking for homes in a large variety of locations and didn't have a recommendation for agents in the region(s) around Harrisburgh, PA, so we simply used Zillow to find Doug Kline. We feel very fortunate to have stumbled upon him. His knowledge of the area, of the related processes, and his integrity were outstanding. In the rare cases that he didn't have a clear answer to our questions, he tapped other expert resources associated with Kline/Corbett to get us answers. He went above and beyond in educating us about the various towns and regions in this part of Pennsylvania. I'd strongly recommend him to anyone in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED We were researching moving to PA and found a realtor, Matt Moore, from his Youtube channel. Matt was unavailable to help us in the areas of PA we were looking but recommended Doug Kline to us. We are so happy we ended up with Doug. He was willing to travel between counties, which other realtors wouldn't do. He was knowledgeable about potential issues with houses and the benefits of certain areas. Doug helped us make competitive offers and walked us all the way to closing. His colleague Ashley stepped in when Doug was unavailable to us and was incredibly kind and helpful during the signing process. We would definitely recommend Kline/Corbett.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I loved working with Ashley. She worked around our schedule to make viewing properties possible. There were times that we were really discouraged by the housing market and Ashley encouraged us every step of the way. She responded to our emails, texts and calls in a timely fashion. She is passionate about what she does and it shows in the quality of her work. We plan to work with her again in the future when the time comes. But for now, we are enjoying our first home! :)

ZillowVERIFIED I really couldn't say enough about Tara .She was top notch from beginning to end. The effort she put in on a daily basis to find us a home was outstanding. She stayed up until 11 pm. Working on the details for our first contract. When the sale of our home in N.C. fell through she was very positive in helping us move forward and found us a better home and a better deal. Was exceptionally knowledgeable of the area and was able to answer our concerns. Very diligent in following through getting things done and was there when needed. Awesome outstanding, exceptional really don't say enough. Also would like to say what a great team she has helping her.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley Corbett is the most patient, compassionate and understanding realtor. Besides her genuinely kind charismatic qualities as a person, she is so professional, organized, and on top of all the little things one wouldnt think of! We were first time home buyers, and very nervous moving from Chicago to Lancaster without knowing the area well. I never felt pressured or rushed into buying anything, and then when we found the right house, Ashley walked us through every little step along the way. She even would take calls when I would be feeling nervous or anxious being a first time buyer, and she always had a solution or options to make me feel relieved! I couldnt recommend anyone more! She is a gem of a human!
