My partner and I were first time home buyers and had all the questions and concerns that came along with that. Mackenzie was AMAZING. She is down to earth with a great sense of humor and helped keep us stable even with all the uncertainties of this current market. She was patient with us every step of the way, never made us feel silly for questions, and always had honest answers. Mackenzie knows this location very well and was able to direct us towards the perfect neighborhood, and helped us see the potential in every house while also keeping us realistic with what was doable with our budget. She was always easy to get ahold of and setting up tours was fast and simple. We toured SEVERAL houses (again, she has the patience of a saint!) and when we found our dream home, she made the offer/bidding process so easy and all of the paperwork was super simple since she explained it all beforehand. She stayed in contact during the inspection and the whole month leading up to closing, and genuinely made buying our home a breeze. We are in our new house because of her, and we are so incredibly grateful. I wish we could give more than 5 stars!
