For those dealing with buying and selling houses, we know how stressful the whole process can be. Now amplify this process by moving out of state while your house is on the market with a toddler and a new born. Now add in a Realtor who truly takes your best interest to heart. We followed Ashley across agencies from buying our first house in 2021 to selling it in 2024 due to personal situations. She was a godsend in helping us set a reasonable price based on the current market comps. She walked us through every step of the way, to include questions we might want to ask our lawyer, and even had the hard conversations about how we needed to adjust our strategy based on the current market rates. Even when we moved out of state, she made sure to coordinate with contractors on our behalf to ensure that findings identified in the home inspection got remediated in a timely manner and at a fair price. We are extremely grateful to Ashley and Highly recommend her if you are buying or selling your house.
