ZillowVERIFIEDIf you want the best, hire Ashley. She listed and sold our home and walked us through the purchasing process as well. She's honest, highly responsive and her knowledge of the market and negotiating skills are unrivaled. She took the time to listen to our needs and wants and matched them with several options for us to chose from in a fast-paced market.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley was my realtor for my first home purchase, which closed earlier this month. She and her associate, Jenny, really held my hand through the whole process. The seller wanted a 30 day close (fine with me!)- only problem, I had to go to my sister's wedding in Hawaii the week that EVERYTHING needed to be scheduled. Both Ashley and Jenny were in constant contact with me and answered texts and emails promptly (and I might have forgotten about the 5 hour time difference at times- sorry ladies!). I'll be sending a girlfriend over to her later this year when she is ready to purchase. Can't recommend them enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley is a great local Nashville realtor! She helped me and my wife (new homebuyers) every step of the way. She knows anything and everything about the Nashville area and has many local connections that can be helpful well beyond the physical purchase of a home. She was patient and enduring as we navigated through multiple types of offers in this hot seller's market. I recommend Ashley and her "Selling The 615" team to anyone looking to buy or sell in Nashville.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley made our move from Savannah, GA to Franklin, TN seamless. We had a very limited amount of time to find a home. She listened to our wants and needs and quickly narrowed our search, so we didn't waste time. In one day, we found a great home, that fit our needs in the perfect area. Our two girls enjoyed house hunting with Ashley so much, they even hugged her goodbye at the end of the day!

ZillowVERIFIED You want Ashley as your real estate agent. She just helped me buy a home in Nashville and was great to work with. She worked hard and was clearly looking out for me on the little things and not simply trying to make a sale. I couldn't recommend her higher.

ZillowVERIFIED Moving back to town after a few years in another region of the US, it took us a little while to understand what a gem we had in Ashley. Nashville had changed and we needed a guide and a teacher. A mutual friend connected us and what we ended up with was all that and more. Ashley was patient with us, let us set the pace and make up our own minds. However, she also had plenty of expertise and opinion to give and was happy to be aggressive, move quickly and negotiate when needed. It was almost fun to watch her go to work in the "placing an offer" stage because you could tell she really loves it.I would recommend her to anyone I like. :)

ZillowVERIFIED In my opinion, Ashley is one of if not the best real estate agent in the area. She was completely devoted to helping us find a home twice and not letting us just settle on a home that wasn't best suited for us. Also, even when the market wasn't good she sold our home with no problem and we didn't lose any money. She will put time and effort into helping you sell and/or buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley is a wonderful realtor! Her knowledge of the market is definitely an asset to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is helpful in anyway she can be and is always available. She takes plenty of time to explain the buying and selling process.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley is amazing. You cannot possibly find a better realtor. We've recommended her to friends and they are hooked as well! Ashley gets an outstanding rating from us and our friends. She is organized, on top of every aspect, tenacious, a great communicator and you absolutely will not be disappointed. Plus she gives solid unbiased recommendations and advise...something very necessary in this industry.

ZillowVERIFIED Through the short time that I have dealt with Ashley, she has been nothing but professional when it comes to her business. She has bent over backwards when it comes to what her clients needs are. If you are looking for someone to sell, looking to buy a house or whatever, Ashley is certainly top on my list.
