ZillowVERIFIED Sarah Lapp was honestly an exceptional agent . We met her through the Ashley Bleacher team. Sarah worked with my husband & I to make our dream come true. We were so thankful that we had found her because she is the type of realtor that would always go above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns even after office hours, she would answer in a timely manner. It was a very stressful time with the bank we working with denied us two weeks before closing & that's when Sarah & the Ashley Bleacher team came to the rescue alongside with Dominic Colianni from Howard Hanna not only to save us from missing out on our dream home but also to make sure we would able to get the loan needed to purchase on the schedule settlement date. If I would do it all over again, I would 100% have Sarah Lapp as our realtor, we are truly thankful & appreciative of her time, hard work, endless dedication.

ZillowVERIFIED My spouse and I happened to match with Devin on the first home we toured, but quickly felt at ease with her and asked if we could stick with her throughout the house-hunting process. I can not imagine matching with a more perfect fit for us! Devin was flexible, understanding, and thorough. She sent us through new listings daily but never hesitated to jump at listings we found independently. She worked with us on show times and was a wealth of information and patience in this insane market. Last week, my spouse and I closed on our first home in no small part thanks to Devins guidance. We can not recommend her enough! She even provided us with a watercolor painting of our home at closing!

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley has worked with us for several years as we navigated what, at times, felt like an impossible feat. She unrelentingly searched for our perfect home, carefully advised us on each and every step along the way and even helped facilitate our real estate transactions from across the country. Finding your next home or even your first can be a very emotional process. You will want the expertise Ashley Bleacher offers to accompany you through each and every step!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Ashley when we sold our home in Leola. Ashley and her team were excellent throughout the entire process. They handled all the marketing, an open house, and even unlocked the house for the fire department due to a false fire alarm (we were out of town and unable to come back). I highly recommend Ashley and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley Bleacher Koch was seriously amazing! My husband and I worked with her for over a year. She was so patient with us as we were very selective with the houses we were interested in. When we finally found our aEURoehome,aEUR? Ashley did everything possible to ensure that this house became our familys home. She was such an advocate for us. I am so thankful for her expertise & knowledge when it came to our home buying. ZillowVERIFIED If you are in the market of buying or selling your home, this is your girl. She is a total Rock Star! Not only did she sell our home in less than 12 hours, but she also got us a cash offer way above my expectations. With the crazy housing market and a little patience, she found us the perfect home/office. My wife and I would have never been able to do it without you Ashley! Congratulations on the merge with Century 21.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley was helpful in everything she did for me. After finding out the type of condominium I was looking for she was able to alert me of condos meeting my requests within hours of when they was put on the market. Ashley alerted me to the appearance of the condo I bought within two hours of when it was on the market. It was a highly regarded property that I would not have had the opportunity to buy if a day or more had gone by before I became aware of it. Ashley was directly responsible for getting me "first in line" to buy the condo. Her team was extremely helpful helping in all aspects of the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley and her team are fantastic. Especially in this time that we are in, we need a professional team that is responsive, informative, and masterful in marketing properties. Ashley and her team made my experience a very smooth process. I had a very aggressive timeline that occurred which created lots of stress, however, Ashley and her team did an outstanding job of calming me down and ensuring that everything was going to work out. It did and I could not have been more pleased. I'm so glad that I found them.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Ashley for 15 years, first as a family friend and then as my realtor. I was very fortunate that I had her expert guidance with the selling of 2 homes (one was my moms) and the purchase of 2 homes. She is one of the most hard working, diligent, reliable, kind, honest (I could go on) people that I know. She answered all of my questions (there were many) always in a timely manner and in a way that I could understand. I am old enough to be her mother but it was Ashley that often calmed me down when things were not going well (with sellers, buyers, mortgage company, etc) and she would explain to me what the problem was and told me what we needed to do to continue onward. I am so thankful that Ashley was my realtor especially with my last home purchase because I am living in a wonderful home that is just perfect for me and I am very happy there. She knew that it was a great fit for me before I did and she was absolutely right! I would highly recommend Ashley to anyone who is looking for a top-notch, professional realtor.
