ZillowVERIFIEDExcellent! Ashley is a go getter. Knowledgeable, available, friendly, and professional. She got my mothers house sold in 1 day . Excellent staging and professional advice. I have recommended Ashley to a friend who also used her as the agent and she was very happy. Highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED We have bought one house and sold two with Ashley and working with her has taught us that there are many small details to this process that she knows and utilizes that other agents either dont know about or just dont want to be bothered with that it actually made me feel like agents we had previously hired to buy and sell had greatly underserved us. I am a high stress person and can be quite demanding even when I dont intend to be and Ashley is always the calm, rational, focused business professional that I need to keep me grounded and thinking clearly during what can be stressful negotiations.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley did an outstanding job helping me with the purchase of my house. We viewed tens of properties together, sometimes remotely via video call. She was incredibly detailed throughout the process, and recommended a number local service providers (landscaper, contractor, flooring, audio/visual, electrician, plumber, house cleaner, etc.) each of whom did a good job

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley is incredible! She effortlessly walked me through buying my house and is very knowledgeable in everything to do with real estate. Every time I followed her recommendations and guidance as my realtor I was very happy I did. Ashley really knows the market and the different areas in Flagstaff for buying and selling a home. I couldn't be happier with her as my Real Estate Professional.

ZillowVERIFIED After the house had been on the market for over six months with a different realtor and not many showings, we turned to Ashley Berardi. Within two days of her listing the house, we had an offer. Ashley took care of everything from staging the house, arranging the roofing contractor, septic company, radon remediation, and checking to make sure the house was warm enough. We recommend Ashley Berardi to anyone ready to sell their home. It was a pleasant experience to work with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley is very reliable and relentless. She listens closely and was unflappable when we did complete U-turns in interests. She stuck with us with great humor and patience until we FINALLY figured out what we actually wanted to do despite this taking A LOT of her time. She is reliable, conscientious, always pleasant and optimistic. She invested an incredible amount of time in helping us find our way, and even after the sale closed she continue to contact us to see how things were going and taking an interest in how the project worked out. We can HIGHLY recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley was wonderful to work with. She is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, responsive, and just a good person. It took us a long time to find the right house, and Ashley remained understanding and encouraging throughout. Her working relationships with other realtors, inspectors, title and lender made the whole process go smoothly. I couldn't recommend her more!

ZillowVERIFIED I was very impressed with Ashley's professionalism and her attentiveness to the details of our purchase especially since we were a distance buyer. She did a great job with the negotiation and followed through all the paperwork and inspections that were needed to be sure we were able to close with a short escrow. I would highly recommend her and definitely plan to contact her on my next transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley was awesome and helpful from beginning to end as we moved to Flag from out of state. Her extensive knowledge of the area, experience, and hard work were on display all the way through. I wouldnt want to work with any other realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Recommendations are an important part of any agent's business, and your survey feedback and Testimonial were both highly valued. Reviews posted to other sites are also helpful, not only to your agent, but also to future home buyers and sellers. If youd be willing to take a moment to post your recommendation for Ashley Berardi to any of the review site/s displayed to your left, it would be very much appreciated. Below is the Testimonial you wrote for Ashley Berardi We just clicked with Ashley. We had met several realtors in the weeks prior to finding a home and Ashley was the most attentive. We feel like we didn't just gain a great realtor but a friend. She is awesome!

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley is one of a kind! She was so helpful every step of the way including helping us navigate a new town. She is prompt, amazing at communicating and staying in contact with us (even while she was on vacation). The best of the best! While Ashley was away another broker Gregg met us for a fireplace inspection. Again... prompt, helpful and kind. So appreciate this team. We had a great experience with this home purchase and all of Ashley's help. We truly felt we were a priority. Thanks!

ZillowVERIFIED I was very pleased with Ashley Berardi. I had planned on contacting a few other brokerages, but after I spoke with Ashley I decided that would not be necessary. She understood everything I needed and the concerns I had about conducting a sale without being able to be there in person. She was knowledgeable about selling property in the area which was very important for me. She assured me she had experience with the complexities of doing everything via telephone and email. She made all the arrangements, was always available if I had questions and concerns and ensured it all went much more smoothly than I had expected. In addition to being professional Ashley was also very friendly and I enjoyed working with her. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were reluctant to buy in the Flagstaff market for the following: a) VERY limited inventory, b) higher than average cost per square foot in comparison to other Arizona cities (Scottsdale, Sedona, etc.) and c) very limited new construction therefore available homes 20+ years old. Ashley was patient and understanding of our reservations. She methodically educated us on the dynamic of the Flagstaff market. Furthermore, when we began our search, she utilized her extensive expertise to identify properties of interest. In addition, while visiting a home, Ashley carefully walked the property to identify potential issues. Thereafter, utilizing her resources, she would have a general contractor out to review her findings. In one instance 2 major building code violations were found that, had we purchased, would have required, more than, 25k in repair. We did buy and are EXTREMELY pleased with the home and location. As a side note, Ashley has a degree in Interior Design that was benefit to us to help envision what the home potentially would be. AshleyaEUR|thanks, The Marcianos
