ZillowVERIFIED Ashlee listed my home and facilitated an all cash, over asking price offer in just 9 hours. She also helped us purchase our new home. Ashlee was able to help ease a lot of our anxiety when navigating the stressful weeks of both purchasing and selling homes simultaneously. We recommend her any chance we can. We are hopefully in our ?forever home,? but should we ever need to buy/ sell again we would use her services again.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashlee is everything one could ask for in a real estate professional. She guided me in every step of the process in selling my home. Very responsive, knowledgeable, energetic and committed. There were a couple of repairs that needed done to my home in order to finalize the sale and Ashlee was able to put me in contact with appropriate contractors to get the repairs completed quickly. I highly recommend Ashlee to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Once I told Ashlee what I was looking for she had me listings to look at quickly and was willing and able to show them to me when I was available. Ashlee walked me through the entire process answering every question that I had, if she didnt have the answer, she would get the answer to me quickly. Buying a house can be a stressful process in anyones life and she made it go smoothly.

ZillowVERIFIED She is very personable and easy to work with. Ashlee is quick to respond and walked me through the process. Even when I had issues signing paperwork due to technology, she was not only very responsive but also sent it to my husband for his signature and checked in with us that we received it. Would highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED This has been one of the best real estate transactions I have ever made due to Ashlee Perkins expertise, prompt communication, her knowledge, and work ethic. Ashlee was instrumental from the beginning to end to make my house purchase go smoothly and efficiently. In addition, Ashlee looks out for her clients? best interests as if she herself was purchasing the house. I can honestly say that words fall short of describing Ashlee Perkins professionalism and concern she shows for her clients. In fact, I am purchasing another piece of real estate with Ashlee and will use her wonderful services for all my real estate transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashlee has been absolutely amazing every step of the way. In the beginning she sent homes she knew fit my criteria, made it a priority to show the houses asap and once we selected a home made the paperwork a breeze. She has also been amazing with communication and very patient with every question Ive had.
