Ashlee Knickerbocker-Freeman

Prior to starting Knickerbocker Real Estate, Ashlee worked as a freight broker. In this role, negotiating became one of her best skills. She was able to not only successfully negotiate for her clients initially, but to also solve the various problems that arise when moving freight across the country. Originally from Norwalk, Ashlee graduated with a business degree from the University of Northern Iowa. Ashlee started Knickerbocker Real Estate in 2017 to help people find their dream homes. With a passion for real estate and a thorough understanding of the Des Moines real estate market, she uses her honed negotiation and problem-solving skills to make sure Central Iowans receive the best price for homes throughout the Des Moines area.
