My husband and I were referred to Ashlee from a coworker last summer while we were living in San Francisco and wanting to move back to the northwest suburbs of Chicago. For about 4 months Ashlee was going to showings and open houses for us and videotaping homes she thought were worth it. She even helped us put in an offer on a home while being cross country. We understand how difficult and time consuming that must be for a realtor and appreciated that she trusted us enough to do that for us. Although we didn't get that house, Ashlee then helped us look for our home in person for another 4 months. During that time she went above and beyond to get us out of a difficult situation with sketchy sellers. So much so she did her own personal investigation on that property and spent countless behind the scene hours to get information needed to help us get out of a reaaally bad septic situation that could have costed us $50K + later down the road if we ended up actually buying this home. Her priority was us finding a solid home we were happy with and excited about, not about her making a sale. She really had our backs throughout the whole buying process and we could feel it. Even though we just had met her a few months ago she made us feel like she was trying to help her best friends find a home. You can tell she really cares about her clients and never pushed us to do anything we weren't comfortable doing. She also never made us feel dumb for asking questions as new home buyers. We had such a positive experience with Ashlee as our realtor and we can't recommend her enough!!! She really is the best and all of her colleagues know it as well!

We can't recommend Ashlee enough! She worked with us for over a year, looking for a house in the suburbs from the city, through a twin pregnancy, and taking breaks when life required it -- always with patience and understanding. After multiple offers that didn't work out, she never gave up and ultimately helped us find the perfect home. She's incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cares about her clients. Over time, she's become a friend, and we would recommend her to anyone without hesitation!
