ZillowVERIFIEDWe had an amazing experience working with Ashlee and Karen. They were so knowledgable of the market, diligent ensuring that all of our needs were met, and made the home buying process as easy as it could have been. We'd recommend them to everyone and can't thank them enough for helping us buy our dream home.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Ashlee by booking a showing for a home that she was the listing agent for. After one encounter with us, she seemed to understand just what we were looking for. She gave us confidence in a time where the market was impossibly competitive, and yet she knew we were going to find aEURoeTHE HOME.aEUR? She always, always, seemed to work us into a showing schedule, and was willing to meet with us at all hours, any day, and sometimes with little notice. We also HAD FUN, and she is extremely knowledgeable - not just about real estate - but the inner workings on both the buying and selling part of the transaction. She was able to land us our dream home after just 3 months of aggressive searching, and by only having to ever make 1 offer. Shes professional, personable, and makes you feel like youre her most important client.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashlee is a phenomenal realtor! Weve moved several times and, by far, this was our best experience, despite the current insane market. Ashlee made us comfortable from Day 1, going the extra mile to make moving a smooth process. She helped us navigate home repairs, checked in frequently, was upfront and honest, and made us feel like family. We HIGHLY recommend Ashlee (and her entire team)! We couldnt be more grateful to her.

ZillowVERIFIED After first listing the property, Ashlee had several offers in a few days. Buyers pulled out on a technicality and 2 days later Ashlee scored a contract at full asking price which was much higher than our original contract. She's the one to choose for all your Real Estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED How often does it happen that you are able to buy a home AND sell a home that never hits the market? The answer is rarely (if ever) , but we were able to do that thanks to Ashlee's understanding of our needs, the markets that we wanted to move to and sell from and her ability to move with a purpose to make things happen. She was a guiding force throughout the entire process, which happened over a somewhat long period of time and her voice of reason, patience and calm demeanor helped make a very stressful time a positive experience. Not only is Ashlee an experienced professional, but also a kind and caring person who understands a clients needs, wants, and desires and does everything she can to fulfill them. It was a pleasure working with her and we highly recommend her to anyone that is in need of real estate services.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashlee was amazing to work with! She was so helpful and relaxed. She guided us through the buying and selling process in this insane market. Ashlee was able to find a buyer for our house and got us top dollar before we were even able to list it. I would highly recommend working with Ashlee! She made a very stressful and time consuming process as easy as possible.

ZillowVERIFIED It's very simple: Ashlee Check is an incredible realtor and fantastic human. She's highly professional without being pushy, and is easy to talk to. Numerous times during our (extensive) home buying process, Ashlee pointed out issues with houses even after I expressed a desire to live buy. If she'd kept her mouth shut, we might have bought sooner, but she took every opportunity to make sure we found the right house and that any and all issues were known upfront. Ashlee assisted us during every step of the process, responding very rapidly to phone calls and texts in a professional manner. Her knowledge is only matched by her relatabliity. Ashlee made the home buying process enjoyable. She's the kind of person you can trust with this major decision in your life, but also you'll want to have a beer with her. I cannot recommend her services enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen provided services well beyond our expectations. In addition to the above rating, she always communicated promptly, provided help in making important decisions, and made sure all paperwork and items we had to do were completed on time. And made it possible focus to not attend settlement because of Covid 19. Last but not least we never heard a complaint form her for any issue or extras we needed. She is highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashlee did a great job as a buyers agent for my family and I moving to the area from out of state. She was one of the few relocation certified agents in the area, and it really helped to have someone with the BHHS name. Ashlee did a great job working with sellers agents to negotiate prices and get down to the bottom of any potential mechanical/structural issues on the houses that she showed us. The week before closing, the in-house partner mortgage lender made a huge blunder that greatly affected the monthly payments I would be committing to, and closing costs. Some other agents would probably just say "sorry, but at least you still got the house you wanted". Ashlee did not take the short-term easy route, and instead helped me work things out with the lender to make things right.Ashlee also had a great network of tradespeople (electrician, HVAC, carpenter, plumber) that we ended up using for renovations on our home, and they all did great work at a fair price.I would highly recommend Ashlee and her office for any future home purchase or sales agent duties.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm so glad that a friend of mine referred me to Ashlee. After our first phone call, I felt like she was my friend and had my familys best interests at heart. Ashlee is extraordinarily responsive, very knowledgeable, and is positive and upbeat (which helps when you need to relocate in the middle of a pandemic). I really enjoyed working with her. Ashlee has so many contacts in the area as well, which has been so valuable to us as we are new to the area. I would not hesitate to recommend Ashlee to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Ashlee was knowledgeable about the whole process and answered a million questions. We would use Ashlee for any future real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashlee was hired to sell my elderly father's "seriously in need of repairs and updating" house. My brother and I worked with her to accomplish this. Her energy and enthusiasm made it very easy to work with her. She put in much extra time and effort to get the house ready to list, including supervising the Purple Heart crew that came to pick up a large amount of stuff, as well as finding and organizing the cleaners. The listing she put together featured excellent photos, putting the best possible presentation out there. Sure enough, there were several offers on the house immediately and the deal was sealed in about a week. Would definitely recommend Ashlee's services and would certainly not hesitate to use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashlee was wonderful for selling out Philadelphia home. We sold in 7 days! She knew how to describe the house in a way that attracted all the right buyers. She showed the house frequently and was always respectful of our schedules. She gave us sound advice on staging, paperwork, price, and even connected us to honest and thorough contractors when the minor repairs after the inspection were out of our wheel house. Not to mention she is possibly one of the sweetest (but fierce) people in the world. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

Not only did she market and sell the house but she took an active roll in assisting me to find resources to help me downsize as well as get the house ready for sale. ZillowVERIFIED As first-time home buyers, my wife and I were daunted by the process - the hunting, the logistics, the financing... Enter Ashlee, who successfully guided us through it all! Simply put, Ashlee was great to work with. Her local knowledge is extensive; she answered the million questions we had; and she helped us find the right location for our purposes. One thing that particularly impressed me about Ashlee is how quickly she latched onto the types of homes we like. We picked about 6 to see on our first excursion with Ashlee, and after just a few minutes of conversation, she said, "You'll love this one." Her comment surprised me because she was describing the house that appealed to me least (based on Zillow pictures at least). But when we saw the house in person - wow. Needless to say, it's the house we bought, and Ashlee had us pegged right from the start. That's incredible intuition, and when that's combined with vast knowledge and a helpful personality, you've got a winning realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED There is no one like Ashlee. Every single detail (from taking the time to really get to know us as a family so that she could visualize our perfect home to the details during the closing) was focused on at every point in our search. As a young family with two working parents she previewed homes for us and did her homework with other homeowners in the communities where we were looking to buy. Most of all - she kept the process light, fun, and warm -- while providing us with the honest and experience-based feedback you need when thinking about a home purchase. We were so lucky to have her guide us in this process and will always be happy to sing her praises!
