There was a lot that my wife and I didn't understand about the process, and I know there were questions we asked multiple times, and Asher always promptly got back to us -- even on evenings or weekends. She is clearly very knowledgeable about residential architecture, helping us get a sense for what to expect based on the year the property was built, what was clearly new, old, or needed replacing, and what these things might cost us, even for properties she had never seen before herself. She was very detail-oriented when we toured various properties with her, pointing out issues I would never have noticed on a first pass. When I needed access to the property to get quotes from third party contractors, she was extremely accommodating, and came and stayed with me at the house for an hour.
