Our homebuying experience was trouble from the start, as we were not ready, nor planning on it, until the death of our landlady.2 other real estate agents dropped us before his firm was recommended to us. He was willing to come in from another county, and stuck with us from July until we finally closed in April. He walked us through every step of the way, and I made every mistake imaginable. His patience was astounding. He was so exceedingly helpful, that when I sustained an injury which effected my sight during the home search in the icy part of winter, he was willing to watch over me to make sure I did not fall.I would recommend Ashawn to anyone, best real estate agent I've ever met, and a stellar human being.

Christianity is at the forefront with Ashawn & his employer, aEUR~Castle Gate Realty ... no COINCIDENCE there I bought my house with a Christian company, with a Christian Owner & Employee. To top it off, the house I bought had a beautiful picture of Jesus on a wall & the $eller ended up taking it ... He worked so hard!!! He literally worked tirelessly seven days and nights a week! He was super helpful constantly encouraging and always one step ahead of the game he had learned our likes and dislikes by the time we hit the second house ... we had nothing to worry about and we knew it! Ashawn was not only highly professional, but had superb work ethics. Details were never overlooked, and he was thorough. Castle Gate Realty has one of the best realtors out there, we should know! We come from Florida where the realtors are not only a dime a dozen so you better be a hustler but realty is extremely expensive and high demand as its almost all waterfront or tourist areas and worth a lot of money. I'm actually surprised he is in such a quiet part of the world.
