Asha Raghupati was my real-estate agent on two home purchases and one home sale in Massachusetts. First was in June-2003, the second was a sale in Oct-2004, and finally the last was a purchase in Nov-2006. All my transactions involved a new construction in a condominium community. Asha came very well recommended and proved her worth by helping me through these purchases and sale respectively. She knew the local area well, understood aspects of builders, property values, locations, differentiating features, school districts and negotiated well for her clients based on the prevailing fair market values and all considerations. Asha helped me buy a house in 2000, when she worked in MA. I wanted to buy in a specific town and wanted a 2x6 construction as against a 2x4. 2x6 construction was not the norm in MA. And she still found 3 newly built, homes in a matter of days. All of them answered to our specifications very well. We settled on the second home. This being my first home purchase, she also familiarized me with the whole process and there were no surprises of any kind at closing. She is very honest, lets you decide without pressure and works hard to get you a good price.
