We hired Ash to sell the family home owned since 1961. Good bones but it needed a lot of clean-up and clean-out. Ash had his own crews for everything. Junk movers, house cleaners, carpet cleaners, painters, gardeners, electricians to add more lighting, and a staging person. We only had to remove the items we wanted to keep. EVERYTHING else was handled by Ash. Another thing we appreciated is that he or his assistant had the key to the lockbox so random agents could not enter the house without them. That was very important to our 91-year-old mother. Ash truly provided a turnkey operation that made it effortless for our family. Now for the icing on the cake: Ash sold the house for $500K over list price in less than a week with a 30 day escrow to an overqualified buyer. I cannot thank Ash enough and I give him a 10/10 rating for both service and affability.
