ZillowVERIFIEDAsh was very professional, but made the experience so much fun. He was so encouraging and upbeat, even when we felt like giving up. Would recommend him highly to anyone wanting to buy or sell. Friendly, professional, and an asset to anyone he works for or with.
ZillowVERIFIEDKim and I would like to a massive shout out to our real estate agent Ash Laker of Allison James Estates & Homes. We truly couldn?t have asked for a more kind and patient agent to assist us with the purchase of our Texas home. Ash from the beginning was very understanding of our situation, not only knowing that a home purchase normally is a very big deal but also that an out of state purchase is a huge decision all together and he never made us feel pressured durning the process while choosing our forever home. He is very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas we were looking in and showed us numerous homes before we found the one. When we began negotiations, Ash was very honest and upfront with us on what angles he though we should work to get us the very best deal. He kept us up to date on all communications he was having with the sellers agent and he was able to work with the sellers agent too not only get us cash off the asking price but credit towards closing costs and a year home warranty of our choice paid for by the seller! We will be using Ashley laker for our next real estate purchase and would 100% recommend that you do too.
ZillowVERIFIEDAsh went above and beyond for our family. He was communicative, knowledgeable, honest, and very responsive to any and all questions. He helped us find our dream home after searching for a bit. I highly recommend him for any real estate needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDAsh and his team are incredible to work with. They listen to their clients needs and provide a wealth of knowledge from market data and years of experience. In addition to being well versed and experienced in the Real Estate world being aggressive, punctual and reliable throughout the entire sales process. The most important part of the sales process with Ash and his team is making sure you feel up to date on the market, sales process and buying process regardless of how small or big the update is. Would 100% recommend Ash and will be using him again in a future purchase or sale!

ZillowVERIFIEDAsh has been such a wonderful help. He has been our realtor for years. He is not just any realtor; he is genuine, kind, involved and truly out to assist you in getting what you want. I highly recommend Ash Laker!
