ZillowVERIFIEDFinding Asad in the pool of agents was an absolute miracle. When others relied purely on numbers and algorithms Asad's team was able to set a goal and execute every obstacle that stood in our way. 25 days later I closed on my new house! Asad not only knows the business but is an advocate for his client whether selling or buying.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Asad to purchase our dream home from out of state, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! Asad's expertise in the local market and his ability to understand our needs and preferences made the entire process seamless. He was always available to answer our questions and provide guidance, even from a distance. As out-of-state buyers, we were initially concerned about navigating the home-buying process remotely. However, Asad made us feel confident and supported throughout the entire process. He kept us informed, provided regular updates, and even helped us navigate the local market, which was unfamiliar to us. Asad took the time to video walk-through properties with us, which helped us feel more connected to the homes we were considering. He also helped us navigate the inspection and negotiation process, ensuring that we got the best possible deal. We're so grateful to have had Asad by our side throughout this process. His professionalism, expertise, and dedication made all the difference. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trusted and knowledgeable realtor, especially if you're buying from out of state.

ZillowVERIFIED Fir of all I was nervous as a chiwawa buying or even thinking about buying a house. The market wasn't stable and it was my first house. And I am just 21. I got his number from one of my busy that he helped close. It was a great if not the best experience in my case. At one point I was trying to rush to buy the house but he literally held my hand and walked me through the whole process. Got me a 6% sellers concession when I only needed 5% and with that extra 2% he got my interest rate down by 1.8%. I couldn't have expected more from anyone. He went above and beyond my expectations and he was always just a text or phonecall away whenever I needed anything from him. He got me heros credit too that was another 1200$ that went straight to my pocket. And 1 year home system warranty. I would definitely recommend him as a Realtor if you are trying to buy or sell a house. He knows how to get into the conversation and make the most out of it and always got a smile on himself. Thank you Asad for all the help and making sure I was good to go.
