First, Arthur was an expert on all things Modesto. We had a hundred questions and he made it a pleasure to learn what we needed to. The negotiation for the house took a few twists and turns and I cant speak highly enough about Arthurs communication. Via phone, email and text, he was extremely clear about where we were and what needed to be done all the way through final close. We give Arthur the highest possible marks for integrity, knowledge, responsiveness, professionalism and --most importantly-- being easy on the nerves. We would happily recommend Arthur and Bettencourt Real Estate Group to our family and friends.
