Art did a great job helping me and my family make the move from out of state into the Fredericksburg area. He was extremely patient as we surveyed the market looking for just the right place for our family. And very helpful during negotiations and contracting. He also had great recommendations for service providers to help with minor painting and renovations. And equally important, we enjoy the time we spent with Art. I highly recommend him.
