I could not have asked for a better experience working with Art and his wife Michelle. They took the time to understand my needs, they were always responsive and helpful. Michelle provided excellent decorating advice, and Art launched a great marketing campaign. Thanks to them I sold my home quickly for well over the asking price and also got a great deal on the new home I purchased. They answered all my questions or knew where to get answers. At every point along the way I felt like I had a friend and trusted partner, not just a Realtor. I cannot imagine any way they could have done better. I would absolutely work with them again. I have already recommended them to friends and colleagues. My only regret is I had only one home to sell!

It was very obvious right off the bat that Art had a wealth of information. He seemed to have an answer to every question and did a great job communicating in a way I would understand, being new to home-buying. It was easier for me to get into contact with Art than it is to get in contact with some of my own family. He was extremely responsive and was able to make things happen very quickly so that I could make competitive offers. When it came to negotiations, I asked for an $800 expense to be taken care of by the sellers and Art came back in 2 hours with $5800 of expenses covered by the sellers. He and his team are extremely friendly and I can't imagine working with a different realtor in the future.
