He seemed to have an answer to every question and did a great job communicating in a way I would understand, being new to home-buying. It was easier for me to get into contact with Art than it is to get in contact with some of my own family. He was extremely responsive and was able to make things happen very quickly so that I could make competitive offers. When it came to negotiations, I asked for an $800 expense to be taken care of by the sellers and Art came back in 2 hours with $5800 of expenses covered by the sellers. He and his team are extremely friendly and I can't imagine working with a different realtor in the future.
