ZillowVERIFIEDResponsive and attentive to detail. Arthur guided a family with numerous members through the sale of the family home. He was professional and respectful to all circumstances. It was a smooth transaction due in large part to his advice.
ZillowVERIFIEDI have purchased two properties with Arthur and in both cases I felt completely secure in the process and results. Arthur seemed to have special insights into real estate and I felt that we were always ready for overcoming any obstacles with ease. From listing to closing and beyond, Arthur knew exactly what to do. The respect and standing he has with real estate people, attorneys, contractors and the entire community served us well. I couldnt have chosen a better agent. Since then, I have recommended Arthur to friends who listed and sold their house with Arthur. Were still friends! They emphasize that the sale went quickly and smoothly and they felt that they received the best price for their home. They also felt confident that the entire process was orderly, honest, and effective in achieving their goal. They call Arthur a friend now and will recommend him to others. Best wishes in you real estate project, Dennis Bristow
ZillowVERIFIEDFrom our first meeting,Arthur, was knowledgeable, proactive with our requests, timely with his process, in control of the process ( given I was an overseas purchaser and had not purchased property in the USA before). An excellent choice of agent. I now consider Arthur a friend. James Day
ZillowVERIFIEDFourth transaction with Arthur, each one an excellent experience. Rare professionalism, tact, subject/market knowledge and patience. A pleasure to work with. Thanks Arthur.
ZillowVERIFIEDArthur is a man of professional integrity and personal sensitivity who never hesitates to do the right thing -- even when it isnt necessarily the easiest thing. His data-driven approach combined with his grace and decency makes him a winning combination for anyone weighing the serious matter of buying and/or selling real estate. I recommend him unequivocally.
