My family and I were looking to buy a home and at that time I had gone through 2 realtors, they weren't attentive to my questions and didn't seem interested in helping us find a home, one of them disappeared on me. I found Art on Facebook, from day one he was attentive, he listened to me and understood what I was looking for, he repeated to me what I said, which made me know that he understood me.. It didn't take long for Art to help us find what we wanted. Art spoke to the owner of the house and negotiated a great deal for us.. This is our first time buying a house.. we were new to the whole process and Art walked us through it.. answered all our questions addressed our concerns.
