ReviewI would highly recommend Artem Kovalevskiy as a realtor for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. In the midst of losing three immediate family members due to illness within a four month period and also having health issues of my own, I hired Artem to sell my home. I was grieving and in pain and I did not have the capacity to deal with the added stressors of navigating this process especially during this volatile housing market. He understood my situation and went above and beyond. He was patient, kind and very knowledgeable on how to market my beautiful, but unique home. He digitally represented the house with photos and video that accurately depicted what perspective buyers actually saw when they scheduled a viewing. This ultimately resulted in a faster sale. He was quick to respond to my calls, emails and texts and even provided me with other trusted resources that I needed during this process. I was impressed by his professional skills as a realtor and appreciate his calm approach.

Review Art is that guy! This was the first time I have ever sold a home and with his assistance it was very smooth sailing. Every form and process was explained as to leave no confusion at the end. I would definitely recommend Art to anyone looking to sell in the future.

Review As a first-time home-buyer who was not expecting to be buying, I had no clue what I was doing. Fortunately, I had Art. He couldn't have been any nicer, more helpful, or professional. Time and again he went far and beyond what I would have expected from an agent, booking multiple tradespeople to come out and look at the house and securing me a great deal. Cannot recommend Art highly enough. I almost want to buy another house just to get to work with him again.

Review Artem is very professional, friendly, and very hard working. He was very responsive and did a great job selling our house, from getting a professional photographer to take pictures of our house to negotiating the price and making sure everything ran smoothly at the closing. When we needed to make some repairs before the Open House, Artem connected us with repair people who performed the job very quickly. I highly recommend Artem.

Review Artem was a highly skilled realtor. In this competitive market, he was able to get us into the house of our dreams the day it hit the market. From there, he was beyond helpful with negotiations. Artem was able to answer all of our questions and concerns throughout the entire home buying experience. Thank you Artem!

Review Artem was highly recommend to me by my last Howard Hanna real estate agent. Not to mention he was the listing agent for my neighbor and notably managed to get asking price for them as well. He is knowledgeable in the most resent practices in listing houses virtually and made my empty house fully furnished online. Art comunicates exceedingly well with all involved and I never had to wait more than a couple hours for a response. He made the process very easy and was very helpful with suggestions and contacts for services when necessary. I would absolutely enlist his services again.

Review Artem was fantastic to work with while listing my rental property. He was enthusiastic, responsive, and rented the apartment quickly. He is knowledgeable about the market and he worked hard to ensure the property was rented at the price we wanted. At first, there wasnt much interest in the apartment, then Artem revamped the entire listing and had multiple showings lined up in a matter of days. I would definitely recommend working with him!

Review I just finished closing on my first home and it was a pleasure to have Art as my realtor throughout the process. He was always available to bounce ideas off of and homes I was interested in, and we were able to get in and look at them very quickly. Art was also very, very knowledgeable about both the home buying process and key things to consider both small and large when looking at places. He was able to help explain parts of the process I was confused about and ultimately helped negotiate a buyer's assist and warranty for my home, along with some other repairs. I never felt any pressure at all from Art to buy or look at specific homes I wasn't interested in - it was like having a really knowledgeable friend to go through the process with you. Art, Tom, Lori, and all the others at Howard Hannah made it a seamless and easy experience for me and I will definitely be going back to them if I ever need to move!

Review My experience working with Art was top rate. After finding a home that I loved online he was able to arrange a tour within 2 hours!! But his real help came at the negotiating table- Arts extensive knowledge of Pittsburghs neighborhoods and about home construction gave him insights into ways to save money that I never would have thought of. If I had to buy my first home all over again, I would choose Art.

Review We met Artem at a house my husband and I wanted to see that we found on Zillow, and knew he was able to help us with our home search. We've used a few different agents prior to meeting him, and things weren't exactly working out; they were all pushy and just couldn't wait to sell us a house that did not meet our needs. Artem was very helpful in the entire process from start to finish. He took the time to really understand what it was that we were looking for, and explained everything that came up. After a couple of months, we found a house that we fell in love with!! It was a multiple offer situation, but Artem was able to put together a plan so that we could win out the competition, which we did! Thank you so much for helping us!! We will be calling you when our spn is ready to buy his first home!

Review Throughout the past several months, Art has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that he was just trying to sell me a house, but that he was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for my family.

Review Artem worked diligently in helping us find our new home! Without his hard work, we wouldn't have a wonderful place to call home. He always answered our emails, texts and calls right away, and explained everything to us in great detail about the whole process along the way. He was optimistic, kind and helpful! Thank you for all your help.
