Art did an outstanding job selling our condo at Villas at Escala. Because this was a second home and we live in Northern California, we were only able to spend a short week at the condo deciding what to keep. Art handled everything else seamlessly. He arranged for remaining items to be donated or sold, coordinated repairs and deep cleaning, selected paint colors, and oversaw painting, re-carpeting, window replacement, a new closet door, and other needed updates. All we had to do was review and approve the quotes. He then staged the condo and hosted an open house. We received two offers that weekend, and the buyers bid the price above our listing. The entire process was handled smoothly by phone and email. In less than three weeksaEUR"over ThanksgivingaEUR"we went from a condo full of belongings to being on the market. The condo sold in a single weekend and closed within 30 days.

Art and his teammates at Neumann are experts in downtown San Diego condos and buildings. Their office was able to facilitate an unlisted transaction for me with one of their buyers, making it the easiest real estate transaction Ive ever been through. Professionally and personally, Art is persistent, friendly, patient, very responsive (a huge plus), not arrogant, and knowledgeable.
