In all this time, he has shown never-failing honesty and integrity in all the aspects of the real estate business. He is a straight shooter who always has his client's interest at heart. Recently, Art represented me when I sold a house at long distance. He could not have been more helpful, treating the house like his own, checking it regularly, arranging for repairs that became necessary after the inspector's report, and even cleaning the house before the open house and final walk through. This sale had some bumps in the road, and Art managed everything with unfailing professionalism, offering advice when it was asked, for calmly and astutely, sharing the advantage of his long experience with real estate. Finally, I can attest that he really cares about his clients. They just don't make real estate agents like this anymore!

Upon viewing our home Art quickly recognized the quality, value and rank in comparison to other properties for sale in the area. His sales strategy took into account all these factors, highlighted the home's stand out features that brought it to the forefront in real estate sites. Art leveraged his network extensively - contacting peers and partners regularly to maintain a high level awareness of the home in the marketplace. The home averaged at least a viewing every 10 days during the sale period. ZillowVERIFIED Art is a great agent. This was the second time we worked with him (the first time Art found us our rental home and after our interaction with him my wife and I decided that we will contact him when it was time for us to buy a house). Art is patient and not pushy as many other agents. He understood that we were looking for a home that we will enjoy and that sometimes there is no way to fully describe the perfect house but there is a large component based on gut feeling. After we selected the house, the work started for Art. We believe that at that stage, Art is also above his peers. We had some troubles with a lease on solar panels that the bank did not accept, and Art spent a lot of energy and time getting it fixed. He even signed up for a seminar on the issue and contact a lawyer specialist on the issue. I could give more examples, but I think one is enough. Talk to him, you will not regret it.

In one case, a house had been lived in by a hermit with a hoarding problem. In another case, the lakefront cottage had septic and water problems. Whatever the issues, Art helped the executors resolve all problems expeditiously; and he found solid buyers who could close in a reasonable time. He is very knowledgeable about different things like heating, water, and electrical systems, as well different aspects of home maintenance and remodeling.
