Our experience with Art was awesome. He helped us purchase our early retirement/vacation home in the lovely city of Big Bear. This is dream weve had for many years. We finally did it and would have not been able to without his help. The purchase went very smooth and fast. We are now looking to sell my home we currently live at and purchase another home. We are definitely going to have Art help us do this. I trust him with his advice and expertise. I will definitely recommend Art to my family and friends. Art you are greatly appreciated by us. Thank you.

This review is in regards to working with Art. Art was extremely knowledgeable and always answered my questions in a timely manner. He was very kind, easy to work with, and attentive to all of our needs. Throughout the whole process, he was honest and upfront with me and that is all that I could ask for in an agent. I would highly recommend working with him, and will continue to refer him to my family and friends. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

We recently purchased our first condominium with Art. Throughout the process Art was initiative, knowledgeable and attentive to our concerns. he kept us informed with every step, shared his experience with us so we can make better decisions together and overall made the process stress-free, pleasant and positive. He was easy to communicate with and saved us lots of headaches along the process. We are grateful for having the opportunity to work with Art and would love to recommend his expertise to future home buyers/sellers.

My husband and I first met Art and Maryann when we were looking to buy a home. We viewed many homes by ourselves and was approached by many realtors seeking to gain our business. However, we did not feel comfortable with any of the realtors and decided to proceed on our own without a realtor. When we met Art, though, he was different. He was very responsive but not pushy, and we felt like we could trust him. We ended up buying our first home together with Art and Maryann. Both of them were very kind and helpful, and we enjoyed working with them. Almost a year after we purchased a home through Art, we were ready to sell our home in Lancaster and contacted Art. Once again, Art was so responsive, kind, and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us. He even helped make a repair for us. I was very surprised that our home sold so quickly. (Well, its not totally finalized yet, but we have gotten to the end of escrow very quickly). Maryann was also very helpful with the escrow and other paperwork at the end. Both Art and Maryann are such a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase and/or sell a home.

One of the best and helpful couple as agents. We had a few real estate agents before Art and Maryann, but we were not satisfied with their services. As soon as we got the service of this couple, we were very impressed. They are always polite, accommodating, friendly, response quickly and most specially work on our schedules. Art is very knowledgeable. He always think what is best for us, mention on the dot if the property he is showing is satisfactory and meets the standard. He will never recommend a house that you will have a problem in the future. This couple are very professional. My daughter, husband and I will highly recommend them. We were lucky we chose them. thWe were lucky to have them.
