ZillowVERIFIEDLife got away from me so this review is late but well deserved. Arsalon sold our rental house in 2020 and our primary house in 2021. He was excellent in handling both transactions and both transactions went smoothly. Professional pictures, staging were included for both houses, and matterport was included for our main home. During the sale of our main home, my family moved out of state. Then our whole family got sick of Covid with my husband getting the worse of it. He was admitted to the hospital and was near deaths door. After discussing with my husband, my husband wanted to proceed with the sale even if God decides to take him. By God's mercy, my husband is still with us today. Arsalon handled the sale of our main home effectively, offering advice and suggestions to me on how to proceed with sale, lined up a mobile notary, informed me of potential issues that came up with 1 or 2 of the 12 offers we received within the 1st week, negotiated a higher sale price than what was offered by the buyer, etc..And this was all happening while I was sick having trouble breathing, taking care of 3 sick kids, and worried that my husband may possibly die. If it was not for Arsalon's professionalism, expertise, knowledge, advice, etc...I don't know how I could have dealt with the sale. He handled everything on the sale side and our house closed in 30 days. I 100% recommend him to all that are looking for a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Arsalon is super hardworking, calm, committed to getting the best deal, and closing that property for you. Highly recommend!! I'm a real estate investor, too, and Arsalon is very investor-friendly. He and his team check properties to meet my criteria. Throughout the process, he communicates well with lenders, sellers, and underwriter to get the property at the best deal. Before my closed property, he and I worked on another property that didn't go through, and Arsalon helped me exit that deal gracefully. He and his team take great detail to thoroughly inspect the property so that I understand what I'm buying. Definitely is my To-go Real Estate Agent in Sacramento and areas around it. Highly recommend!!

ZillowVERIFIED I had an outstanding experience working with Arsalon in selling our home. From start to finish, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, market knowledge, and dedication. Compared to another realtor, his market analysis that he prepared was more thorough and provided a better understanding for the current market which I appreciated. He also assisted in managing the required home repairs prior to listing. Overall, I found Arsalon responsive, knowledgeable and accommodating. Our house sold very quickly and above the asking price demonstrating that it was priced right. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy real estate professional. Thank you for making our home-selling journey a success!

ZillowVERIFIED Arsalon is one of the best agent we have worked with. He's super responsive, punctual, knowledgeable and very easy going. He helped us sale our home in record time. When we needed assistance to make the home more presentable, he helped us find contractors to clean the house and clean up the yard. Also his services included virtual tour, professional photographs and drone pictures of the property. He also has one of the best rates. We would definitely work with Arsalon again.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Arsalon was just perfect. I first contacted him from Rome to have an idea of what was needed to start the process of selling my house in Sacramento. He was a pleasure to work with, and made it very easy to tackle all the different aspects involved. Very polite, understanding and extremely responsive even at late hours. He also has a range of professionals who partner with him and are available to prepare the house for sale. Even considering a temporary stall in the market caused by higher interest rates and world uncertainties, he was able to sell my house in less than 2 months from beginning to close. I will contact him again with my next real estate needs. I can only recommend Arsalon and his team for a successful result. Thank you very much!!

ZillowVERIFIED I usually dont write many reviews but I'm very happy to provide this review. Arsalon is an experienced, knowledgeable, and professional agent. One of the important positives for us when working with Arsalon is that he was always easily accessible to communicate with us via phone, email, and texts to help us as needed. Towards the end of the process of our home purchase process, we ran into some snags with the builder and Arsalon was always there to help us navigate the issues. Honestly, we could not have asked for a better experience. If we ever have real estate needs, whether buying or selling in the Sacramento area, we would not hesitate to go with Arsalon again. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell a house.

ZillowVERIFIED 10 stars for Arsalon! We became first time home owners owners and we couldnt be happier with our home buying experience. We found our home in just 2 weeks and we have Arsalon to thank for. I interviewed a total of 8 real estate agents. We switched to Arsalon and I'm glad we did. This was going to be our first home, it is a special moment and we wanted to feel, well... special. Arsalon was our one and only point of contact and boy is he great. Arsalon is on top of everything and I dont think I ever had to wait longer than 10 mins for a call, text or email back. Given how competitive the market is Arsalon took the time to explain how we could make our offer more appealing and did his research on every offer we made. He took the time to understand the sellers priorities and we customized our offer accordingly. Our offer was not the highest, it was the one that fit the sellers needs best and thats what makes Arsalon special. Honestly, we could not have asked for a better experience. Arsalons network is top of the line, the inspectors we works with, the lender he recommended and the contractors we will be working with for a few remodelations we have in mind all offer excellent service, great prices and fast delivery. Arsalon is your one stop shop for all your home buying needs. Thank you for helping us get our dream home.

ZillowVERIFIED I've had the pleasure to work with Arsalon in late December 2020 to the closing of my sold home in the first week of January 2021. My first impression of Arsalon is that he is truly knowledgeable about the real-estate business. He is a true professional in his communication and explanation of the entire process and expectation of selling a home. This was my first time selling a home and I was unsure of how things would go or what to expect. Arsalon took his time in providing details of what my home would be worth on the market and providing me with a timeline as to how things would progress. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Arsalon always kept me informed throughout the entire process and he kept to his timeline. I was truly impressed and amazed by his services and his dedication to his customer. I felt comfortable and relax throughout the process. I definitely plan to work with him again in the future. Thanks again Arsalon! From Precilia and Frances!

ZillowVERIFIED Arsalon Badri was a godsend from heaven to earth. SERIOUSLY!! Let me tell you why, he helped us sell and buy a new home, all while my wife was pregnant. He sold our home within a week, getting multiple offers and made the process smooth using his expertise and professional advice. He was very patient with us during our house hunting adventures. We must have looked at 60+ houses before we found the one we fell in love. Arsalon always answered all of our questions and concerns day or night. He would always update us during the process of selling and buying our home, and made himself available to us by e-mail, text, or phone. Never pressuring us to make a single decision! My wife called him "our realtor for life"! If you're looking to sell or buy a home, please do yourself a favor and consult with Arsalon about your real estate needs. You won't regret it!

ZillowVERIFIED We met Arsalon by chance, and we could not have asked for better representation as we purchased our first home. We were looking for an agent that understood our needs, valued our time, and provided us with timely and accurate information -- Arsalon met and surpassed these expectations by lightyears. Arsalon was always (italicized always) available for any of my pop-up questions, always gracious, and always a pleasure. While juggling a separation from the military, new job, and engagement I really needed an agent that would remained laser-focus on my home buying process and advocate for our us. Arsalon was just that -- always in-tune with the status of the home, never leaving loose ends open, and always providing or finding a solution to any concerns. I felt well informed and always updated on every and all purchase offer and escrow happenings. Arsalon always made us feel like our home was his top priority. No doubt he was working serval other clients, during a very busy home-buying season, but you would have never guessed. We always felt like our most recent question, concern, or comment was always put on the top of Arsalon's to-do list. I don't think we ever waited longer than 30 minutes to an hour before receiving an update, solution, or answer. It was honestly impressive to see, and we wondered how someone could be so timely and advocate for us so genuinely -- but he did just that, every time. And...well outside of his job description...Arsalon was gracious to film the proposal to my girlfriend, as we received the keys to our new home for the first time. He really assisted me in making our engagement an unforgettable moment and we couldn't be more gratwful. Thank you, Arsalon!

ZillowVERIFIED Arsalon sold our home in July. He is the ultimate professional. He was an honest, transparent, and a fierce advocate for us during this very stressful time. He provided us just the right amount of guidance and advice. He understood our needs and recommended just the right amount of effort to get a maximal return on our house. He doesn't price too high and he doesn't price too low. He recommends exactly the right amount and things that need to be fixed to sell the house - not more and not less. I would recommend him to any and all and if I was to ever sell a house again, I wouldn't hesitate to call him, and hire him no questions asked.

ZillowVERIFIED The process of purchasing with Arsalon and Five Diamond Realty was a painless, guided and informative journey. We always felt like we had a full understanding on the local market and our buying market value. Arsalon dealt ASAP with the seller and extinguished any concerns. I felt like we got a great buy and dealing with other local realtors was a waste of my time. Arsalon referred me to the best property manager, painter and water heater company. I will do business again with this 5 star company!

ZillowVERIFIED There are not enough words that can describe how amazing Arsalon was as our realtor. We interviewed a couple of highly-rated realtors and he definitely stood out from the pack! We knew right away that he was meant to represent us. Upon our first meeting he was kind, respectful, well-prepared, confident and humble. He always PROMPTLY answered all of our questions and concerns. His response time is impeccable, which is so important in my book! He was always on time to every meeting. He made the whole process easy and flawless and I dont think it would have been if it were someone else representing us. We have had experience with a couple of not-so-good realtors and he is by far the cream of the crop. If you are looking for a realtor, look no further because we have already done the interviewing for you and Arsalon IS your man! He sold our house quickly and for more than we thought we were gonna get! My only complaint is that we moved out of state and cant have him as our realtor anymore? Arsalon was a real blessing to our family??

ZillowVERIFIED Several months ago we were looking for a broker to list our home. We met Arsalon Badri from Five Diamond Realty at an Open House event. We interviewed several other brokers whom we have work with in the past. Arsalon by far is the best broker we have dealt with. He and his company repaired, cleaned, staged, professionally photographed, and created 3D tour of our home within a week. We listed over 50k above market value. Received full price cash offer within 10 days and closed in 2 weeks. Arsalon orchestrated the transaction seamlessly and he got the job done. We are super impressed with his clientele service style. He responded to calls and texts immediately. If you are seeking for a broker to sell or buy homes, give Arsalon Badri from Five Diamond Realty a try. He is highly recommended! Thank you Arsalon!

ZillowVERIFIED I can not say enough good things about working with Arsalon on the sale of a home! He is exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and available. Due to a death in the family, I had to sell a CA home when I live in Chicago. Arsalon handled everything - from helping me pick out paint, paying for and hiring a great stager, hiring and paying for a carpet cleaner that worked magic on the carpets, and taking care of moving excess furniture into the garage. The house sold in 3 days - substantially above the listing price. The inspections and closings went very smoothly. And, when it was time to move everything into storage, he had contacts who were willing to pay for and move out the refrigerator, washer and dryer. In addition, he had a friend who was willing to take furniture that I didn't want to keep. Amazingly great result! And an extremely pleasant experience. You would do yourself a great favor by selecting Diamond Realty.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough good things about Arsalon Badri! My husband and I received unexpected job offers in Sacramento (we were living in Southern California) and needed to find a home in Northern California ASAP. We spoke with Arsalon via phone/text/e-mail several times before coming up to look for homes. I was impressed by how quickly he responded to any messages. He was always calm and collected, which was so appreciated given the stress of a sudden move. Arsalon compiled an extensive list of potential properties based on the "want list" we gave him. On the weekend we came up to Sacramento, he had appointments made to see 16 properties! Everything went seamlessly, and we saw some great homes. One of those homes in Land Park ended up being "the one." Arsalon got our offer in to the listing agent right away and it was accepted! He was on top of everything during the escrow process. We just got the keys last week and couldn't be more pleased. On top of doing a great job with the sale, Arsalon also referred us to trusted contractors to assist with some upgrades we wanted to complete (electrical upgrade, paint, hardwood floors). All companies he recommended have been fantastic and we are very pleased with the work they have done on the house. I will definitely recommend Arsalon to any friends looking to buy or sell a home in the Sacramento area.

ZillowVERIFIED After speaking with a few different realtors, it was clear that Arsalon was- BY FAR- the BEST! Arsalon is very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He was always available to answer calls, texts, and show properties. I even dragged him out in the pouring rain several nights to look at properties, and we were always greeted with a smile. We looked at at least 15 properties before finding THE ONE. Arsalon also never took the "salesman" approach, which we had experienced with a realtor prior to finding Arsalon. He made the process so easy, and was very quick with getting the paperwork completed. We got the keys to our new house 21 days after our offer was accepted! All in All - a 10/10 experience!!

ZillowVERIFIED The short version: Arsalon is the best Real Estate agent I have ever had. Absolutely kind and understanding person, responds to all my needs and questions 24/7. Like he is working all the time. Whenever I call, he always picks up the phone - I was never sent to voice mail. To each email he responds within minutes. While being so helpful and nice to me, he does everything to my best interests. Selling my house with Arsalon was as easy as it could ever be. He did all the paperwork and and document handling, I just needed to put my signature on documents (so many documents) for each he patiently explained to me what it is for. Not only that. Arsalon brought a specialist who prepared the interior for show making the house look like a model home. Each show of the house was scheduled and potential buyers were "pre-screened", so only "good match" was selected for show. It made my live so much easier during that time (we were still living in the house). And the bottom line was that the house was sold in 10 days from the day I met Arsalon, for much more than I was expecting (sold above the asking price), and the deal was closed in less than 30 days. My relation with Arsalon did not end at the day of closing. Arsalon still helps me with my move out of the house and returning the property to the new owner. Thank you Arsalon. You are the best of the best.
