ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I lived I our Parma Hts. home over 40 years! When my husband passed away, I made the decision to move closer to our grandchildren. I was very apprehensive about the whole process of finding a realtor, dealing with showings and understanding the intricacies involved. A friend recommended Mr. Rossi and I am so grateful I chose him! He was so patient with my many questions and made me feel very comfortable and confident about my decision to sell my home. I was always immediately informed about any inquiries/showings and never inconvenienced. My home sold within a month! Oh, and yes. Mr. Rossi has a great sense of humor!!
ZillowVERIFIEDMr.Rossi kept the process moving, even though the original owner,in his 90's,had mved to Minnesota to be with his family. Also,Mr.Rossi agreed to pay 3% of the sale price towards the closing costs during the negotiations. I was very happy and satisfied.
