Armand's agent, Natalie is the most sweet and helpful, very approachable, never did she leave any of my messages unanswered, anticipated all our needs and questions. What is most important, she is very detail oriented, and we never had to worry that we would miss or forget to ask the right questions. On the final day of closing she even brought us a housewarming present for our yard. His professionalism and knowledgability on his first visit to our house confirmed all the favorable things we had heard and we had total confidence in his judgement throughout the extensive marketing and sale of our house. He knew exactly what we needed to do to prepare our house for sale in a sluggish (over $600 K) market and we used his excellent contractors, which streamlined communications re: repairs and gave us quality work without having to get bids. I can't say enough good about his team. Salina and Meredith were superb in their knowledge and skills--always immediately responsive--and could not have been more pleasant to deal with. Their unruffled efficiency and ease at handling every little challenge--contacting Armand if and when necessary--insulated us from anxiety. They scheduled and heavily promoted several open houses, most overseen by Natalie, who was also astute at her job. When our eventual buyers made their offer, Armand was an excellent negotiator and our house sold in exactly the amount of time he predicted it would. We had high expectations of Armand because of his reputation, but he and his team exceeded our expectations.

It was certainly the best decision I made! I had had some really bad experiences with other REALTORS in the past and quite honestly had become soured on the profession as a whole. Armand restored my faith that there ARE good agents out there - at least one! Armand is the consummate professional.
