ZillowVERIFIED Armand from Executive Real Estate was key to our success as first time home buyers in finding a home in a competitive sellers market with low home inventory and high home values and high mortgage rates. He was very responsive and super knowledgeable. Most importantly, he is down to earth, kind, honest and full of integrity!Despite home buying being a stressful process, Armand made it enjoyable and we looked forward to the days we went on house tour. We cant recommend him enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Armand is an absolute pleasure to work with. We not only used him to find a rental house for my son the previous year but we called upon his skills again this year to help us find a house to purchase in a very difficult market. Armand is a true professional in every way. He is extremely knowledgeable and was very receptive to our comments about what we were looking for in a house. His response time to get back to us was always excellent, and he was always extremely patient listening to us, answering all of our questions and taking the time to show us the properties that met our criteria. His advice was invaluable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a property to either rent or purchase and he will be the first person I contact in the future if I need such services again.

ZillowVERIFIED Armand proved to be a very knowledgeable and effective agent. His understanding of the market and the banking system made it very easy for him to close on several properties that I was pursuing. As a result, we kept a close relationship since 1998 to now. I strongly recommend his services.

ZillowVERIFIED Armand is an outstanding agent! We had a very difficult closing on selling and buying and he was there for us every step of the way. His knowledge and professionalism were top notch and he went well above and beyond any expectations for an agent. He made a challenging experience easy and his willingness to help throughout the entire process is unprecedented. He stepped up as an experienced agent and in the end became a friend. I couldnt imagine going through this process with anybody else...what an exceptional man!!!

ZillowVERIFIED My significant other (Katie) from the moment she saw this home for sale in Glastonbury had always wanted it. She went to the website listing on Zillow (and others as well). She did not receive a prompt call from the listed selling agent so she went to the next agent listed on the site. Armand was that individual. From the moment he was called he went out of his way to assist Katie and myself in visiting the home and providing any other important physical/geographic information. He recommended all of the right people (bank for mortgage, property lawyer, etc.) to make our decision to buy solid. With his strong continuous professional experienced assistance we were able to obtain our dream home. He continues to keep in touch with us regularly -- always offering assistance if needed. Armand is exceptional at his job -- but more importantly his is a genuine high-quality honest humble and wonderful person. Thank you Armand for your hard work in helping us get our dream house. I **HIGHLY** recommend him to anyone looking to obtain a hard-working honest individual to assist you in obtaining your dream home. Thank you. K.A. O'Toole

ZillowVERIFIED Armand is the best of the best! He was recommended from our friends who bought a house about a year ago and he helped us buy our first home just about one month ago. As first time buyers, we were absolutely clueless and Armand made it very easy and taught us a lot along the way. He knows everyone to go to- he set us up with a great lawyer and inspector. The lawyer that he recommended us is actually right in his office building, so its very convenient when you have ANY questions in the final closing process. Also- it is/seems to be a very stressful process trying to buy a house from the moment you put an offer down until the closing paperwork, but Armand was so calm and cool about everything that we didn't sweat it at all! *And I have to mention, I texted him about the house we found (the one we eventually bought) at 11pm on a Friday to schedule a viewing and he answered me.... what a guy!! I very much appreciated that and all of the attention along the way. So, looking for a great realtor??- Armand is definitely your guy :)

ZillowVERIFIED The idea of buying a house was intimidating and a little overwhelming. Trying to decide where to live how much space, kitchen space verse two car garage. Armand was able to answer every question we had. This being my first house I had a lot of questions, I never felt like I was bothering Armand or, that any question was stupid. Armand was also able to recommend people to help in the entire process for inspections to mortgages. We really felt that our happiness and our needs where his only priority. There is something to be said for using a realtor with Armand's experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Armand helped my husband and I find our first home. He was excellent and really helped us out when looking at homes. He pointed out things that we missed. He really pointed us in the right direction. He helped us to stay within our budget that we wanted to spend, never pushing us to buy more then we wanted to. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

He understood right away what we were loking for. When it came time to sell our prior home, Armand made some great suggestions for improving its marketability. We did those repairs/improvements. ZillowVERIFIED Armand is a very knowledgeable in what he does. He knew and understood what we wanted and needed for our family. If we were interested in particular house that was not family oriented he will let us know its not a good area for raising a family or if the house was to small or located in a busy location. Overall we are glad we choose Armand for an agent. Also he is not those type of agents that you call or text and not get back to you, he would always reply back to our phone calls and texts. I would fully recommend Armand to my family and friends. Once again, Thank you Armand!! K and V

ZillowVERIFIED We just closed on a property in Avon that Armand helped us purchase. Purchasing real estate these days can be a stressful experience if you do not have the right professional helping you along. Armand not only made the entire transaction stress free but enjoyable as well. He is extremely professional, and takes the time to know his clients and understand their unique needs. Additionally he is a very friendly and cheerful person. I would have no hesitation in recommending Armand to anybody. In fact should I need a realtor in the future, I would go to Armand without skipping a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Armand Colello has been extremely helpful to me since I moved to this area. He helped me find a great apartment and also gave me very useful advice on negotiating the terms of my lease and resolving a complaint I had after I moved in. Now I am working with him to look for a home to purchase. I am impressed that he listens to what I say and tries to work with me to find what I need. He is very knowledgable about the market and has great resources to help with mortgage. He is also patient and hard working and I feel like he has my best interests in mind.

ZillowVERIFIED I have not bought a home yet, but most likely will buy one this year. Armand has been helping and showing me homes according to my budget for almost a year. He is extremely knowledgeable, frank, sincere, and accommodating to my needs. He has never shown bad manners, temper in any situations. He shares his knowledge of what to do and what not to do in offers, sales. he is prompt in returning my calls with questions and queries. He is not your typical RE agents that I have encountered in the past. Would I go to him for my sale and buy of homes in my family? Definitely a big YES! he is your go-to-guy for RE needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I live in Florida and when my mother passed away in Connecticut I turned to Armand for his assistance in selling her condo. Not only did he have to deal with a depressed condo market but depressed sellers as well!!! Well he got it sold! But more importantly he dealt with issues that were not part of his responsibilities as anagent. For example, he helped me dispose of belongings as well as furniture. He handled everything for me. I traveled to CT only once. He did all the rest. He is experienced, trustworthy and knowledgable.I met a truly wonderful individual when I met Armand Colello. He has become a friend whom I shall treasure.

ZillowVERIFIED Armand was extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were looking to purchase in, as well as, the inner workings of real estate, in general. He was low key in his approach, making him a delight to work with. Armand was truly honest with his input and recommendations. He truly puts the clients needs and feelings first and foremost. Armand has a vast knowledge of his vocation, a wonderful sense of humor and is a great all around person. Our experience with Armand was wonderful and we have since referred other friends and family to him.

ZillowVERIFIED He is a gentleman, willing to go great length to satisfy his customers. He listed my high end house for me in 2010 in the peak of the down spiral of the economy. Armand was able to create a lot of activities for the home. We could have sold the house within 2 months of listing had it not been a bank technicality which was new to him. Armand was able to pull all the resources together to restart the process right away. We ended up selling it within 8 months and to me was quite impressive. I do recommend him to friends and family and will definately recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Armand about two years ago when I browsing the web looking for houses. I had not so good credit and I really didn't know where to begin. Armand responded to an inquiry of mines regarding a house. That particular house wasn't available anymore, but that was the beginning of my journey with Armand and Executive Real Estate. Armand introduced me to a mortgage consultant who set up a plan for me to repair my credit. This was a two year endeavor with lots of support and advise from Armand. Armand and I keep in touch doing the two years that I was paying off old debts. He was tracking my progress and keeping me focused. I'm happy to say that as of August 26, 2011, I closed on my first home, thanks to Armand. Once I was approved for a mortgage, the process went very smooth till the end. Even though Armand was going through a lot of personal issues with his parents, including the lost of his father during the process, he never left a stone unturned. I would highly recommend Armand for anyone seeking to purchase or sell. We have truly become great friends....

ZillowVERIFIED Armand is THE only agent, our family will ever work with. He is competent and highly qualified. Armand is very knowledgeable and he is has a very high level of expertise. He is versed in staging and he can help you sell your home as quickly as possible. Armand also has a keen eye and he can help you to find the perfect home for you and/or your family. He is able to negotiate the best price, possible. Personally, Armand is kind, caring, positive and cheerful. What we liked best about Armand, is the fact that he is supportive, but not pushy. He remains calm and relaxed as he guides you through this, sometimes, very difficult process. Armand feels so happy when he finds the right buyer for you and the right home for you. He has helped our family to buy and sell, twice. We would highly recommend Armand Collelo without reservation. We now consider him a friend.
