Being raised in both the Mexican and American culture instilled in Arlene the importance of family, diverse values and a passion for helping others. After graduating high school, Arlene attended the University of Arizona where she received her Master in Public Health and later moved to Phoenix. She has been an active member of the Phoenix community for four years now, and is incredibly excited to be turning that passion and community focus toward real estate.
